I was pleased that the chili was shipped in a very timely manner and that I was informed every step of the way. I would give 5 stars for customer service. My only disappointment was that I ordered hot chili but it was more mild then hot.

The chilies are wonderful but I probably won't order again because of the cost of $ 3.88/#. I could buy the same Chile's at Safeway for $1.99a week after mine were delivered.

I received my 25 lb box of sandia (hot) Hatch chile peppers by 2 day delivery. I roasted them within a day of arrival...there were about 4 or 5 peppers that were rotten in the box. Probably not too bad. The peppers are not quite as hot as I expected, but they are very tasty. I look forward to using them for various dishes in the months to come.

We paid for 2 day shipping got it in 5 days the chile were wilted and a few rotting. Order medium spicy they tasted like mild not the flavor we expected. They gave us 40% off next orde or option to order right away and receive new box free. We salvaged and used the chiles they sent us weren’t ready for a new box right away. I say whoopy on the 40% and should’ve been able to get new box for free at my convenience, after all they messed up I only ordered and trusted their recommendations.

I always love your Chile. Used to
Order chopped all the time until Covid.
I tried it once but spent a long time trying to get rid of the excess peel that didn’t use to be in it.
Then I started ordering the whole frozen mild. That worked much better for me. Then I ran out and when I tried to order more it was sold out. So I went ahead and got more chopped. Now I’m again almost out and everything is sold out! So I’m rationing my husband. When will it be back? How will chopped be?

The chiles I ordered were beautiful, fresh, and delicious! The sellers gave me a heads up before they shipped, and I was able to ask them to hold off for a few days because I would not be home. They did a great job and I was thrilled with the purchase. I am looking forward to red Hatch Chile season!

They didn't quite live up to their potential. They were shipped from the Ohio site and we ate them within three days of their arrival. They had a bit of a freezer flavor as if they were old, which was disappointing. Two of them had almost nothing in them--maybe the equivalent of a cheese stick; the rest of them were a good size, and I enjoyed the amount of chiles and cheese in them. My brother is a frequent shopper and raves about them; since he sent me two gift cards, I'm willing to try again.

The first bag I opened was not as hot as I'm used to and just opened a second bag to put in my pinto beans and WOW, much hotter and huge. Quite pleased
I am going to try a different company that sells 2 lbs for 16.00 for comparison as 5 lbs with your company is pricey.

The chili's were wonderful. However, the box was only 3/4 full and there were about 5 to 6 chili's that were going bad. A friend of mine received the same order and her box was completely full and no bad one.

Overall these were very taste and will enjoy them through out the year in my green chili mixture.

This company and the people within are a pleasure to do business with. The product is fabulous. Truly farm to table. We enjoy the fresh, mild chilis, and our favorite is chili rellenos! We are having them tonight! Seriously! I roast 10 lbs, vacuum seal 4 to a bag, and freeze. We order every year, and will continue to do so. Order some now, you'll be glad you did!
