I have been ordering Hatch Chile since I moved out of New Mexico. I absolutely love it and it always tastes great. Also great service as one of my orders came late which was the shipping company’s fault. The Hatch Chile Store reordered a new one. Was delivered on time !! I will continue to order from them like I have for the past 21 years!!!!

I was counting the days to receive these chiles, and the familiar robust fragrance was deliciously welcoming when I came home and found the Hatch box in the front porch (we're in boston MA). most of the chiles we're gorgeous and healthy. Some didn't make it, and the company happily refunded us for the portion that didn't make it. I will def order again!

Overall very pleased with the flavor and level of heat in these peppers. Unfortunately, seems that transit took a very long time (shipped on a Tuesday, delivered the following Monday) and had to throw away 4-5 peppers as they were spoiled in the process. Many that we kept were not as high quality as we had received last year.

I like HOT...Didn't find this pepper to be any hot at all...next time I would definitely go for a hotter pepper. It might be nice to sell a box of different varieties...so one could decided which one is best for their taste.

I was expecting the chilies to be roasted, however once I began roasting them I didn't mind at all. I love the smell of fresh roasted chilie. I didn't even get all of my order roasted before I was eating straight fresh roasted chilies! Definitely a repeat customer

After visiting Santa Fe a few years back, my husband and I were hooked on the heirloom Hatch Chiles we ate. We wanted them year round to make pork posole. Every summer, we look forward to our yummy shipment of Big Jims with just the right heat and that great Hatch flavor to last all year long.

This is my 2nd year to order the fresh Big Jim's. This year's are a little warmer than 2016, yeah! I like the Big Jims for Rellanos, but also use them for burgers, enchiladas, omelets, tacos, stew, etc. Delivery of the peppers were perfect.

Chil's were wonderful. A few were bad, but it didn't ruin the other ones. Actually got another batch from a friend( not the Big Jim"s) and they were wonderful too. No bad ones in that batch. These are my Birthday Gift for life from my friend. Lived in Santa Fe before moving here, and missed.my chilies, now I can get them. Thank you

We ordered 10 pounds of Sandia this year and 10 pounds of Big Jim. The Sandias arrived in perfect condition (no damaged chiles in the box) and were quite meaty and peeled easily. We've ordered Sandias for several years now and we've been pleased every year. We put 1 cup of peeled chiles in seal a meal bags and freeze them, so we have them all year.

We ordered 10 pounds of Big Jim this year. Overall, the chiles arrived in great shape, but there were three or four that needed a small bad spot cut out. I'd expect that amount of damage if I was back in New Mexico and bought 10 pounds of chiles from a farm stand. Relative to Big Jim's that we have ordered the past three years, these were a bit more difficult to peel. It must have been the weather. We are very satisfied and will order again for next year.

I have been serving these chile's for several years, I first saw them on Food Network, and a
lady fixed one for her husband. I decided I wanted to try them, so I found them in Fort Worth, Texas and love them. I roast them, skin them, stuff them with Cheese and then I roll them in egg wash, then flour, fry them and they are wonderful. Have been doing it for several years now. My husband loves them, we look forward to them each year when they are in season.

Have not received my order yet. In the past the green chili was fantastic! I was notified that the chopped green chili was out of stock .I opted not to cancel my order but have it shipped when it was available. Guys, I have to be honest. The chiles arrived promptly and in good still frozen condition. We used one bag of the frozen chiles within the next two days and then discarded the remainder. Rather than medium heat I would say they were less than mild, slimey, not much flavor, and were hard not to tear apart. We used them in an egg caserole breakfast and then for rellenos. My wife did not get along with them for twenty hours after eating. I cannot believe this is representative of your product. I thought we would wait for the new crop and try again with fresh chiles. Sorry...

We also ordered one bottle each of the five salsas and sauces. These were much better by smell and small tastes and we will be using them over the next few months. We were wise to order one mild and one hot green chile sauce and found the 50/50 blend right for us. Can't wait to get into the red sauces over the upcoming months when fiery stuff works best.

These peppers are delicious, meaty and hot. Our favorite dishes are chili stew, rellenos and con queso caserole. We ordered 2nd day delivery, and a few peppers were spoiled, probably owing to the very hot weather everywhere in the West this year. Last year, none were spoiled. We love them!

I may live in Washington state but I am a native New Mexican and my Hatch Green Chile that I ordered was everything that I expected and more. It was delivered in a timely manner it was very fresh and when I asked for Hot Chili that's exactly what I got. Customer service was top-notch. I accidentally double ordered and was double-charged when I emailed I've received a response within minutes and the problem was taken care of that day.
