The customer service at hatch green chili company has been great! The hot chili that we ordered was not hot however. I ate three raw chilies and then called the company and they generously sent a new box. Unfortunately, the new box was not hot either. Some of the peppers were hot towards the stem and they have a wonderful flavor!

I am very pleased with my pre-order, and I'm sure I'll be very pleased with the chiles once I'm over my cold and can actually taste and savor them. (It is a waste of good chiles to eat when you can't taste them.) I had the honor of living in NM for about 18 months and became very used to Hatch chiles.
I ordered 5 lbs, and they came still frozen, 1 lb per bag. Not used to ordering chiles online? Have no fear, these folks not only grow them, they know how to package and sell them. They do a marvelous job, this is a family business and their name is their reputation. They want their customers happy.

I love your Green Chili Chicken Tamales, so much I reordered them for myself and ordered them for a friend. Mine arrived w/o dry ice, yet were still cold, however, my friends arrived a day later w/o dry ice and the tamales were warm to touch. You folks at Hatch replaced their order, which arrived w/ dry ice and were still frozen. They are now looking forward to a great meal. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

The red chili was delivered very quickly and in great condition. The red enchilada sauce that I made had just the right amount of heat. I’ll definitely order again. Great product!!

These medium green roasted and peeled Hatch chiles are delicious. They are conveniently packed and frozen in small resealable bags of about 8 peppers each. I thawed a few out, stuffed them with corn kernels and cheese, and baked them for about 15 minutes. Delicious!

I love chili Rellenos but I can't stand HOT. Granted, yours were not as hot as most, but I would love to have the same with all of the seeds removed before making the Rellenos. If you did that I would buy them in a heart-beat, even at a premium price! Meanwhile I'm still struggling with how to accomplish the seed removal from those I've bought, without destroying the whole Relleno! Let me know if you can provide such! Thanks, John

We love the Hatch Chile Store and our products are always fresh, right and right on time. I placed three orders this year and have my roasted chiles in the freezer ready for the winter. We were so excited to hear about the Hatch Chile Store. Thank you for being there for us.

Not as good as grandma used to make. But closer than anything I've found yet.
It's good on anything! Hatch green chili and cheese omelette. Probably my favorite.

This chili was great. I ordered mild because my mother is super sensitive to spicy foods. She really likes it, but it still has enough heat to be fun for the rest of us. My review would be five stars if not for the one moldy pepper in my box. Not bad for 25lbs worth of chili; however, the 2-day "Guaranteed Fresh" shipping I opted for was pretty expensive. Otherwise, this was a great experience and impressive product!

Most of the chili’s in my 5 lb box had already begun to wilt. Some of the chili’s were oozing and had to be thrown away. After roasting, the meat of the chili was thin, not the normal plump chili meat.
I am disappointed with my order.

These chilis are amazing! I've used the Hatch Green Chile facebook site to get recipes. So far I've made green chili stew, cheese biscuits with green chili, green chili enchiladas, and green chili egg benadict. My freezer is stocked but I'm sure I will be back for more next season!

The flavor of these chilis is incredible, and the scent when roasting them is like all of the best things of autumn rolled into one. I've also found that when things went wrong with shipping (and they did on my second order) this company is quick and fair to make it up.

I ordered a roaster and 25 lbs of hot Hatch Green Chili. Both items came nicely packaged and were in perfect shape. The green chiles were all in good shape. After just a few spins I was roasting the chili in just a few minutes. We bagged half as hot and took out the seams in the other half to get a milder chili. We have been using the chili in morning eggs, stews, on pizza and in sandwiches.
We will definitely do again next September!!

I was amazed that even as late in the season as I ordered, every single chile in the box was firm, fresh and all green. I typically order Medium, but since the chiles were running mild I ordered Hot. Some are a little hotter than ideal for my husband, but not by much. We have enjoyed them in Green Chile Stew, in soups, with meats and vegetables, and my all-time favorite sandwich, Grilled Swiss Cheese with Green Chile Strips and slices of fresh garden tomatoes. It doesn't get any better than that!!!!

Ordered 10 lbs of Hot Green Chile, was advised that they where out of hot, only medium available. So, went with the medium. Then was advised a farmer might have Hot available, so replied to ship Hot or combination of hot/medium. To our surprise, Hot was delivered. And Hot does not begin to describe these! They are HOT! Born and raised in El Paso, TX, we know our chile. This HOT batch is delicious, we have to battle our way thru them! As always, great service and fast delivery from Hatch Chile Store. We always enjoy everything we order from y'all!! See you around the holidays!!

Love Hatch products. Hot chiles make wonderful chili. Also love the sausages and cheese found in the stores. Not listed on site, but found them in the stores in Florida. Sure hope they send to us this year because I am having withdrawal.
