I love having hatch chili sent to my door. These have every bit of flavor, texture and color that I would like out of a hatch chili. I have used them in recipes and without a doubt they are the best!!

I always enjoy getting NM Chile, was pleased with the delivery. I was somewhat disappointed in the lack of spiciness. The Chiles I have eaten are mild. Tasty but mild, differently not hot.

A solid choice. My first time ordering and I will be back. The chile arrived fresh and even zero spoiled. All the was consistent in size and my shipment was prompt within a couple days of ordering. I roasted my chiles and froze them for future use. When I had a chance to cook up a batch of chile verde pork with my recently bought chile, I was not disappointed at all. Great flavor and the Sandia (hot) heat was there. Thank you so much for your dedication to delivering the best quality chiles. I will be back for sure next season for sure.

PS: I have bought chile from other sites in NM and across the board this is was my best experience for freshness, quality, heat control, and customer service. Thank you!

Couple of things. The chili was not fresh and started turning in 12 hours most spoiled. As well as as not being hot as advertised. Dissatisfied!

Hatch peppers are the best and the company has great customer service if the delivery company makes a mistake. I make several dishes with them when they arrive and then freeze bags with chopped peppers, sliced peppers and whole skinned/seeded peppers with stem for later use. Perfect.

The first order arrived with a few spoiled chiles. Customer service immediately offered several solutions, one being a new shipment. I mentioned that was able to salvage half of the box, but they insisted on sending another full 5 lbs. They arrived on time and on perfect shape. This is a great company!

It was excellent and even better than I had hoped using authentic New Mexico products (used the Posole Seasoning 1/2 Jar. My husband said it was the best he'd ever had and he hopes I can duplicate the recipe. Shared with my Granddaughter and her Husband and they both loved it. It filled a 6-quart crock pot!

I was very disappointed in the heat level of these chilies. While the flavor was fine, they were no hotter than a bell pepper. I've ordered them before and they have been great. I question whether I was even sent the correct chili.

Dear Hatch Green Chili Store,
In this calendar year, I placed and received 2 orders from you. The first went to California. The order arrived intact and was immediately roasted
The second order went to ABQ - a couple hours from Hatch. The chili batch seemingly arrived on good condition. But by the next day the chili quickly began to decompose. I had to throw the whole box out. I thought I salvaged a few but when I started to roast them they gave off a strong sour smell - this too was thrown away. Needless to say, I never had any of the chili from your store.
I am not inclined to order any more chili from your store

The Chiles taste great. My only negative comment is the hot is not hot. Like not hot at all. I wouldn’t discourage any one from ordering, but don’t count on the hot being hot. Taste, great! Heat level not much at all. Shipping was great.
