In all I ordered 30 lbs. of medium chili this year. Had a little delay getting the first order delivered which might have been a fedex problem. Prompt delivery on the next two orders. The chile all arrived in good shape. Could've been spicier for medium. All in all I'm well pleased. Will be back next year.

Love love love! Missed our local hatch Chile visit in MI and so ordered peppers because I couldn’t live without. Showed up as indicated and made some green chile stew to test them out. Heaven on Earth!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

They're the perfect medium heat in my opinion. They might be a bit hot for those whom are sensitive to heat, but they're not too hot. Do yourself a favor and buy a giant box of these. Roast them all (either grill or broil) then you can freeze them for use throughout the year. Delicious!

We have tried the medium which was mild but good NM chile flavor and the hot which tasted like Ortega chile. The best we found this year are the big Jim's, good flavor with a bit of a bite.

This is, by far, the best and only chili that makes any dish taste great. Other chilies pale in comparison; if you never tried these before, it's worth ordering these! Fresh are great and make your home smell great while roasting; the frozen arrive still frozen and taste as fresh as those roasted at home. Use their preorder process and save money.

These chiles have the best flavor I have ever had, I roast them on my grill at home and sweat them in a large bowl before I bag them up. I end up giving most of them away to co workers and family and they all say these are the best chiles around!

I was born and raised in Santa Fe. My wife and I bought your chile for many years.
We currently live in Southern Arizona, and make a special trip in the Fall - to get your Chile.
This year we just couldn't make the trip and ordered on line. My wife loves to roast and peel
the Big Jim Chile so we ordered fresh and did our own. Happiness is a freezer full of
Big Jim Chile from The Hatch Chile Store. We appreciate what you do, the generations that
are keeping it going and look forward to making a trip next year. Thank You.

As always, any chile from New Mexico is good. I buy the Big Jim for family members that can't tolerate anything really spicy/hot. Coming from El Paso, I always appreciate being able to order New Mexico chile on line.

Absolutely the best Green Chile ever. I received my chile fast and the chile was in very good shape. I love the way the smell of it filled my home and my car. Thank you so much, I will definitely order again. Aloha!

yummy chilis! They come frozen and work perfect for anything you want to make with chilis. I get the Big Jim's whole for eggs, burgers, etc. And I get the Hot ones cut up and seeded for pork green chili. All perfect!

Very nice. These were slightly hotter than last time, they vary a bit. I did the slow cheap shipping so a few peppers out of 25 pounds were bad but only one was unsalvageable, so that trade-off worked for me.

I ordered chiles for my mom. She has loved them and made several amazing meals from them. Unfortunately, the package got delayed during shipping, partly because the driver didn't want to navigate around some road work. That resulted in spoilage of about 30% of the chiles. My mother is not a computer user, and she asked me to suggest that you label the box 'perishable' in the future.

I love my order. I have always loved Hatch Green Chile both fresh and roasted. The only thing I would love more is if I could have ordered Extra hot roasted green chile. I will order Extra Hot Fresh Green and Roast it inside my house to get the Aroma of Roasted Chile. Awesome Aroma.

I just received my annual order of roasted hot (Sandia) Hatch Chile. As a Las Cruces native now living on the Atlantic coast of North Carolina I depend on this chile to make my breakfast eggs taste right and to remind me of my true home in the Mesilla Valley. I just finished my stash of 2021 crop. I know this years crop will be just as satisfying. Thank you Hatch Chile Store for keeping green chile on my plate.

Chiles arrived in good condition even though we did not pay for the freshness guarantee shipping. We ordered the medium heat chiles but the chiles we received were so mild they lacked the heat we enjoy for cooking. We still enjoy the flavor of hatches green chiles but miss the heat we longed for.
