We loved the Hatch Chile’s we ordered. They can quickly. We roasted them and then made enchilada sauce. Such a rich, smokey/sweet flavor. We’ll definitely order again in season.

Very disappointed! Many of these peppers were crushed, some stems were separated from the peppers, and many had something white growing on them which I presumed was fungus. This was my third time buying from you, the first two times being quite satisfactory so this mess surprised me.

One of the highlights of each week is when I serve myself two of your delicious Chili Rellenos! I make a pico de gallo to enhance them, but they are wonderful even without it. This product is as good as my favorite Mexican restaurant, and I can enjoy them any time I desire!

I receive my "Big Jim" red chili in the afternoon - I knew it would take me more than a day to cook clean and freeze sooo I started the next morning-- it did take all of 2 days- but it was truly worth it. the chili was soo good. I was raised in New Mexico therefore I know what good chili is -- we usually bought chili from Hatch from roadstands. no such thing here in Mississippi -- most don't know what "chili" is. when we order it is usuall comes from Hatch N.M. thank you for sending in a timely way !!

I love these chilies! So many things you can do with them. Hatch chicken chili, omg! Queso, on grilled burgers, stuffed with cheese. Keep well in freezer, five pounds will last awhile. Very good value, and good service. Will keep ordering.

I ordered 20 lbs, arrived still frozen in one pound bags. Each pepper was whole and perfectly roasted and peeled. Absolutely delicious. I will be ordering move over time. I miss the wonderful smell of chili roasting having spent most of my life in Santa Fe. Since moving to FL I have been having friends sending both roasted and raw chili as well as picking some up if I am visiting SF and roasting it myself. Ordering directly from Hatch has proven to be the best and easiest way to get my chili fix.

Always a favorite - big enough to place on a burger and plenty if you just need to chop one up for a stew. I like the 'hot' for fun, but the perfect heat for me is the 'medium', i.e., it still has a bit of heat, but not enough to overshadow the chile flavor and distract from your meal.

Hi!
We love those chiles! What’s funny is I ordered some chiles for my daughter up in Main last year & they came to her roasted & bagged in individual 1 lb bags & this time I thought I was getting the same but they came straight from the plant to the box. Boy were we surprised! My husband & I were there for a visit when they arrived & my hubby ended up roasting them on her grill. & with the first one she whipped up a little cream cheese, smoked salmon with a slice of green chile on top appetizer for us. It was yummy!

I just prepared my first batch of green Chile sauce and it was delicious! Just enough heat not to overpower the fresh taste of the chiles. I love the way the chiles are packaged in batch sized bags. The chiles are large and easy to de-stem and seed.

Never had much luck with frying rellenos, so I split these chiles and layered them in a sort of casserole and they were really good. I ordered medium because even though those who live in my house like a little more heat, folks who eat with us at times don't, and heat can always be added if you like. This turned out really good.

Awesome! We moved to N. Montana ten years ago and have been receiving Hatch Green Chile as gifts over that period of time. Typically we get medium however, we now have two little girls and wanted to get some mild chile to introduce them to the flavor slowly. This was the best packaging we have ever received as it is very easy to thaw (5 min in a sink of hot water) and start using right out of the freezer. No plastic tubs that break in the freezer or single serving sizes that require you to thaw three or four portions per meal. This was absolutely perfect. Thank you very much and we will be repeat customers!

The chiles arrived extremely fast. They were all in frozen separated packets which made it super convenient to unfreeze a bit at a time. The flavor is great and the medium is definitely not that hot so people who can't handle spicy food will enjoy them.
