We love Hatch green chilies. We roast the chilies as soon as they arrive then freeze them. We have them on hand when we make delicious green chili!

Not sure why my delivery date was resheduled but when I received my box at least 6 of my pods were bad. Delivery was longer than the 2 day indicated on your website.

No complaint on flavor!

You got them right out to us and we roasted them. But they were not hot at all. We were disappointed. We like picante, and I thought these would have some bite--bit they didn't--not at all.

I love, love the Hatch Chili Store. I have ordered from them the last 2 years, due to im not on the Mainland any more. I am in Hawaii and when i order the MILD chilis they are fresh and sooo good. They arrive in 2 days here. I make chili beans with them, salsa and tamales for Christmas. They are the best.

Very, very good flavor. The variation in heat level between chile's in my ship mentioned varied from mild to medium. Still excellent, (and perfectly normal), great flavor regardless.
Made for a great batch of Verde. I roasted, peeled, and froze the remaining chile's.
Very satisfied. I will definately order again next season. Probably a mix of hot and medium.
Hatch, balance, flavor, heat, THE only perfect chile for me!

This year we started out with a smaller sized order , but after getting the first delivery, we figured we better get some more before it is gone for the season!! We received the 25 pound box, and darned if it wasn't the best of the bunch. Soy una gringa, meaning I was not raised on spicy foods, and I usually ask the restaurant to prepare what I order with out the chile; with the amazing Hatch Chile I can never get enough. The last box was so fresh and flavorful and sweet!!! I can hardly wait til next year!! Thank you, you amazing farmers!!

There is nothing that compares to authentic Hatch Valley roasted chilies. We use them every day in many ways. These are the best we have found. And talk about convenient. We get them whole and select the best out of every pound bag for rellenos. I them cut up the rest for cooking and making sauces. We live in West Virginia and don't get back to New Mexico all that often any more. So having a source of quality chilies is important. Packed as they are with an ample supply of dry ice they always come fully frozen. If you like the food of New Mexico and want quality than this is the place for you. I strongly recommend it

I’ve reordered The Hatch Chili Rellenos several times. The best I’ve tasted and don’t even have to leave the house or wait for delivery. I keep in freezer, thaw in microwave, and pan fry in low oil. So good for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack. Just add your favorite sides and salsa.

i have ordered for years. i like them frozen and chopped in the 1 pound packages. They are tasty and i use them for garnish for steaks with a little olive oil and garlic salt, or i make different styles of "bowls of green" - sometimes with just onions sauteed and chilis, and sometimes with ground beef. often i throw in whole tomatoes crushed if i am in the mood. i have found the company reliable in my orders and i appreciate their handling of things. i can't eat as much carbs as i once did so i don't make the grits, baked potatoes slathered with chiles as I used to.

The Big Jim chili has great green chili flavor BUT I wouldn't call it medium hot, at best it is mild...barely. Possibly its the one bag I opened, I'm crossing my fingers the other bags will be a true medium hot. The packaging is amazing, the delivery method was awesome, the chili was rock hard frozen when I unpacked it.
