These peppers were just outstanding. We roasted ourselves and they were delicious. We were eating warm off the grill. Made a salsa with them. Also cut up and put in omelet. Mild heat and a bit sweet. Can’t wait for more next year.

What can I say ....... these are the bomb !! Perfectly beautiful chili’s. Roasted ourselves. Added to corn bread , eggs and of course made chili relleno s. Best ever. Looking forward to next year. Part of the fun is roasting g ourselves.

I grew up in Albuquerque, but have lived in NY for 36 yrs now. Hatch Chile is still mothers milk to me! Always delivers on time with VERY few casualties. This year, every single chile in my 25 lb. box was perfect! I love the Big Jim’s, but my husband has a little trouble. This year we went for all medium and are both very pleased! Hooray, Hatch, NM!

I love getting my Hatch green chile from here. Even though I live up in Minnesota It gets delivered quickly. Never had it spoil. As a Native New Mexican I have to have enough to last me the whole year. I will always order from you. Some years the Lumbre is xtreamly hot and others less hot. But I love
it all.

we ordered 25 lb box of the Big Jim's medium to hot Chili's. Upon delivery there was maybe 10 to 12 bad Chili's, witch we expected to have. Overall we were very satisfied with the Chili's.

Shipment arrived within 2 days as expected, but the chiles were already turning yellow/red. I guess I can try air shipment next year. Cost may be too high however.
Heat level was insufficient for my taste. I hope supplier can grow a hotter chile for next season.
Customer service is/was spectacular. Responding, as usual to emails promptly.

The best red pepper by far that I have ever had. I put them in everything from Chocolate to Chili, Cornbread, enchilada sauce, and make a version of Red Chili Rellano. very great flavor and meaty.

I usually buy the fresh hatch chili’s to make my own hot sauce. I’ve gotten a little lazy and didn’t want to clean 10 lbs. of peppers, so I ordered 5 lbs. of roasted and frozen. They came frozen in 1 lb. sealed bags. I made my sauce and it was the best ever. I don’t think I will go back to fresh when making my sauce. FYI... service is exceptional. Thank you and keep on growing!

Love this stuff! Nice and spicy just as we wanted. Also love how it is already peeled and packaged ready to use.
We have always had our freezer stocked with green chile and made our trips to NM to resupply every year.

We first fell in love with New Mexico and Hatch green chile when we were stationed at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque in the early to mid ‘80s. While we were living there, my brother came out for a visit, decided to stay in ABQ and married a local girl. When we left for San Antonio Texas, each August he would mail me a shipment of Hatch green chile that we would roast and freeze. When we moved to Virginia in the early ‘90s, the shipments continued until my brother died three years ago. That was our first August without Hatch green chile in over 30 years. Two years ago, I found the online Hatch Chile Store and placed an order for 5 pounds. It was spectacular, far better than my brother shipped to me because it was shipped fresh the day it was picked, so we immediately ordered another 10 pounds. We rationed that 15 pounds out over the year and this year we ordered 25 pounds. Already have it on my calendar to pre-order another 25-pound shipment from the Hatch Chile Store next summer.

These guys arrived quickly and were all of exceptional quality. They were large, unblemished and tasted delicious! I ordered 3 varieties - only 1 of which was fresh picked I cannot wait to try the frozen ones and would highly recommend these guys !
