Good flavor but NOT HOT at all. Did you really ship Sandia? I have purchased Sandia in the past and been very pleased. Maybe too late in the season to get it hot.

I have thanked her for her guidance. The chiles are the best.

I had no idea you could order fresh green chile directly from Hatch to my door in the east coast, with such ease and free shipping!! the chile arrived fresh and wonderful as if I was back in NM!! I roasted them in the oven, ate a few fresh in enchildadas de camaron and froze the rest to use during the winter... what a find!

The initial order arrived with significant spoilage despite the 2 day delivery suggested. In the heat this sometimes can happen even with expedited delivery. That being said after contacting your business a new shipment was promptly sent to us and arrived in great shape. They were fresh and hot as I had ordered!

This sauce is delicious without the need for additional spices to perk it up. It is very flavorful and has a light sweetness to it that cuts the usual acidic taste that most store-bought chile and tomato sauces have. I was in a hurry to make some enchiladas and I opened a jar of the Hatch Red Chile Sauce, and I used it in place of my usual homemade enchilada sauce and the enchiladas were delicious. I will be making a Mexican pizza soon using black beans and veggies and I will use this red chile sauce in place of traditional pizza sauce. I will definitely rebuy this chile sauce again.

Heat level as Med-Hot was spot on. This particular batch was extra "hatch-y" - the smokey savory flavor really shined through. Maybe I'm just too accustomed to canned chiles - which use a lot of lime as a preservative. This batch literally couldn't have been more amazing. Thank you!

Nice and spicy but not blow-the-top-of-your-head hot. My husband went to college in Socorro and was introduced to green chile cheeseburgers there. We love the frozen chopped chilies for making green chile cheeseburgers and on grilled chicken sandwiches. Thanks for your great products!

Ordered chile already roasted and peeled, which saves a lot of time and aggravation doing it yourself with fresh peppers; it is worth the extra cost.

These Big Jim whole chilies are excellent for rellenos, but it’s also easy to chop them up for a more traditional sauce or stew.

The flavor is excellent. The heat for this batch seems to tend more towards the medium vs medium hot, but I think I’m the only one in my household, or among my friends, desiring more heat.

I'm from Colorado and relocated to Michigan - NO CHILE to be found out here. Hatch Chile Store saved the day! I ordered 5 lbs frozen, roasted, whole green chile and it is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I highly recommend this company. I will be a repeat customer since I can no longer go down the street and find it freshly roasted. Next season, I will order fresh chile shipped to me and roast it myself here at home. But in a pinch - frozen was the next best thing.

Thank you Hatch Chile Store

Had my order shipped to New York state. Fresh chilies arrived with absolutely no spoilage! Roasted them myself and packaged up in freezer baggies for future use. The heat of the peppers this year was too hot for some but I found them to be just right!!. I was so satisfied with this order that I plan on placing an order next season!!
