Gave three bottles to my son in law and both of families think it is outstanding. Used it on hamburgers ham pork chops and hot dogs. Really brought out a great taste and made everything taste great. I guess the old yellow mustard is going to take a back seat😀

Excellent selection of peppers as usual from the Hatch Valley, especially (2023) since the extended heat wave that affected the harvest. Only downside this year was a little tip rot on the greens and some spoilage and black(ish)/green fuzzy mold on arrival on one small spot of the tip rotted peppers.....other than that, fast shipping once picked and have spent the last week roasting and chopping!!!!!

Everything was great, except one small thing. One of the boxes was delivered open and it seemed light due to some of the product falling out or was taken by UPS. My only recommendation is that you use stronger tape, or tamper proof tape so you know if it was opened by the delivery companies. Other than that, this is the first time I've bought from your company and seems inline with all the other greens I've ever had. Thanks.

Been ordering here for several years after moving away fromNM. Nothing beats fresh Hatch chili and the smell of it roasting on the grill! Not a bad on in the 25# box I received a few weeks ago. Likely ordering another 25# if I can’t find any more in CA.

The hardest part of a pre-order is waiting for the crops to ripen! The chilis came fresh and ready for roasting. The smell when I roasted them brought back wonderful memories of New Mexico! I ordered the hot variety, and they have awesome flavor and heat! Will definitely do this again.

This is the 4th year in a row of ordering fresh hatch green Chile from the hatch Chile store. I only experienced 1 mishap where a delivery arrived spoiled and Hatch Chile stored delivered a fresh batch that week. The quality is much better than anything we can source locally in Houston or if you want anything beyond mild. I will continue to order every year.

Fantastic vendor with a high quality product and superb customer service. Our annual Hatch Chile order has evolved from a family event to one that encompasses our friends and neighbors, with many anticipating the arrival of that season's crop and ensuing Chile verde enchiladas. Don't neglect ordering their chile rellenos and tamales.

This is the first time I have ordered directly from the field. I bought 12 pounds and out of all of them, there were only 3 chilis with spots. And those were so small. I was able to cut them out. I roasted the bulk of them and put them in the freezer. I will definitely buy these again.

The Sandia chile this year seems to be a fairly hot version which is how it should be. The flavor is great as usual. it is hard to beat this chile for making a Green Chile Sauce or adding it to other dishes for some flavor and heat. I liked that UPS actually came through with a timely overnight delivery. I don't always trust UPS but glad Hatch Chile chose them this time.

I hate to give this a poor review as I do love the Hatch Chile Store and think they have the best chiles and truly care about their products. I realize that you really can't control nature and that clearly impacts the quality of chile as well as most agricultural products. I'm not truly sure that what I got was what I ordered or if the Medium Big Jims this year were a total flop. The chiles I got from a box labeled medium were much smaller than my Big Jims in the past (most were 5-6 inches with a few reaching maybe 8 inches. None were meaty and were not acceptable to make rellenos which is generally how I use the Big Jims. Overall, they were pretty mild though occasionally a hotter one jumps through. They mostly looked like their Mild version maybe by mistake. I still think the Hatch Chile Store is outstanding. Perhaps in the future for those of us who preorder might be an email stating that the chiles were not up to standard and given an option to change the order. Just a thought. I will continue to buy chiles from them in the future and I still recommend them for your fresh chiles.

Thank you Hatch Chile Store for ensuring my order was fulfilled despite the challenges experienced by the relentless heat dome that held the southwest captive far too long.
My Chiles arrived in perfect condition, as they do always. Thanks to the extra details taken. Loved that a moister reducing packet was added for extra care. Will be back next year.
Thank you, from your loyal Northern California customer❣️

I actually received 4lbs as that's the new deal. Chilis arrived on time and in good shape , however not as meaty as in the past. I have noticed that they are showing up more and more in the local grocer and seem to be a bit larger and meatier. I will continue to order as I so love your product as well as the many other products you offer. I also enjoy the points program.

Original order was held by FedEx for 5 days after it arrived in my local area. When they finally decided to deliver it to my house, the shipment was spoiled and I couldn't salvage anything. Started corresponding with THCS folks, they were apologetic and immediately created a reorder. It took a couple of weeks because of the lag between the seedling crop and the seed crop, but the second order was delivered on time and in great shape (thanks UPS!). As long as you are using the 2nd day shipping, they will guarantee freshness of their product on delivery. I used my small chile roaster that I bought from them to roast the peppers and had them in the freezer by that evening. These folks are top-drawer and back up their product. I'll definitely buy from them again when I need a new stash of Hatch chiles.
