These hatch green chilies are the best ever. They arrive smelling fresh and delicious. I did have an issue with my shipment, where there were several that were starting to spoil. I reached out to The Hatch experts leaving email explaining my issue and sent to pictures. They promptly replaced what was bad and then some >>at no charge.
Those came promptly, fresh... just perfect!!
I fire roasted all of them over charcoal and we are set for the year.... although we have to ration ourselves to make them last.
Can't say enough how professional courteous & trustworthy The Hatch Chile Store is and of course how WONDERFUL the chiles are!!
Thanks again for all the hard work and dedication to the fabulous HATCH GREEN CHILES!!

We got our 25 pounds of fresh green chilies shipped to north Alabama during a heat wave! They arrived fresh and ready to roast! I was worried about the heat getting to them but shipping 2nd day air seems to have worked. Delicious as always! Maybe someday 'the south' will catch on to how great these chilies are. I'll do my part. :)

As always, Hatch Chili Store makes a great product. I love the flavor of this Chile in many foods. Packaging is recyclable and minimal. Excellent choice for Chile powder.

Love the chiles! They arrived to FL safe & cold in the terrible heat we are experiencing right now. Thank you for the hard work it takes to produce & distribute the best Hatch, NM
chiles.

Arrived so fresh! I got a little click happy and accidentally ordered 2 boxes (there are worse problems.....) The chiles were so fresh, they easily lasted until I could roast them. I used some to make a batch of pepper jelly and think it's my best batch ever!

I grew up in NM and have lived in Ohio for a lot of years. I'm 90 years old and I have lost a lot of memories of beautiful NM, and plenty of the Spanish I grew up with, but I've never lost my taste for the great roasted hot green chile you folks provide. Thanks, Marcos Padilla

The fresh chilies this year were delivered in condition as if selected fresh at the farm. Previously I have always purchased the frozen Hatch. Looking forward to roasting and then my wife make her pork green chili….

The mild Chile is very tasty with a little zing. I have a tendency to mix the mild in with the medium Chile.

I used to get them fresh roasted when I lived in Colorado. I’m back in Central NY now and I find your green chiles to be the closest thing to fresh roasted. I use them in all my soups and stews. Excellent product I highly recommend

For the fourth year running, the customer service, quality of pepper, and timeliness of shipping from Hatch Chile Store has been excellent. Our annual roast has become a tradition here in the Midwest, though next year I'll have to order some mediums for our friends that can't quite handle the xhot. I think due to the heat wave, the peppers were a bit smaller and less thick this year but we still got almost 22lbs roasted, peeled, and cleaned yield from 50lbs of peppers, close to our record of 26!

Love the x hot, but the chili I ordered was thin and not full which was hard for me to peel after roasting. The same chili in the grocery store the pods were full???

Eat some every day. One whole Mild chopped combined with 1/2 Med or 1/2 Hot chopped with every meal. The heat works out just right. Seem to have more energy since incorporating your wonderful chles in my diet.
