So sad heat and drought have had such an impact on the hatch chili crop, pushing us to order whole chilis versus the convenience of chapped, but that's a small inconvenience for the best chili flavor!

Ordered "hot" chilis this year instead of mild as we did last year. Although the chilis were smaller, and thinner skinned, the flavor was excellent.

I'd I was fortunate enough to see someone in a BBQ forum post that they had ordered about 100 lbs of green chile to roast, so I figured I'd order 10 lbs to try. I'd always wanted to try the real deal FRESH Hatch chiles, but I'd never had the opportunity. The first thing that stood out to me....... they are *SO* fragrant!!!! I have never had peppers give off such a strong, peppery smell. It was so nice that I kept the box by my desk so I could just sit there and smell it. I'm currently roasting them right now, and there's really nothing else like them. I'll be ordering a lot more!!!!

I purchased a ten pound box and Hatch Green Chiles arrived just as fresh as as ever. I have already roasted them and they are in the freezer. But not until I took the first batch and created the best fresh salsa by mixing the Green Chiles with tomatillo, onion, cilantro, tomato, lime juice and salt in a small rotary chopper. The best tasting ever. This is my third year buying Hatch Green Chiles from the Hatch Chile Company and I expect to do so for years to come. Thanks---Jeff Mann

Needed a Hatch Green Chili fix! Leaving the Southwest, didn't think I'd ever get to enjoy the unique flavors of my favorite and best chiles in the world!
Was happy to find the Hatch Chile store would ship these fresh gems to us. Chiles arrived as promised, fresh and smelling like ambrosia! Got them all roasted and frozen. Chicken stuffed rellenos and green chili stew have already made us so happy. Love them!

I normally order medium, and they were almost too hot for me last year. I got the mild this time, and they were wonderful - I think to make the perfect green chile next year - I will have to order a case of each! In the years I have been ordering from the Hatch Chile Store - I have never been disappointed at the freshness and flavor of my orders!

Ordered the Hatch Red Chile Sauce in medium heat, great deal for 3 pack, quick delivery. Boxed with plenty of padding to protect glass jars. Wife decided to make cheese enchiladas with this, and it did not disappoint! The medium is actually hotter than we anticipated. We are hot Chile eaters and this was right up there, but the flavor just bursts with freshness and a crisp, lingering burn. Luv it! Can't wait for more dishes!

My chiles arrived a day later then originally scheduled. No fault of the Hatch Chile Store and the delay lies with the UPS. Fortunately, all chiles survived the trip. Four pounds didn't last long though ( weren't they sold by the 5 lb amount in previous years?). What was supposed to be made into chile sauce and frozen instead got made, along with some delicious Maryland tomatoes, into a couple batches of salsa and quickly devoured. So, I don't know, I'm kind of on the fence. I love green chiles but this was the second shipping mishap I've experienced and the pricing is getting to be a little much for me. We'll see...

I want to thank Hatch Chile for my order of X-Hot chiles they arrived in perfect timing as my son was here to get the delivery. They were fresh and ready to roast for that amazing scent on the burners for the neighborhood to smell. I will be cooking chiles till the next harvest season, it has become a cycle, and I don't see stopping this cycle until I stop cooking.

I'm a native from NM and have been living in Maine for 13yrs. This will be the only place I will be ordering chile from now on. The shipping was overnighter and the all made it here fresh. Most places either aren't hot enough or big enough and when you do get them the half are soggy. Not Hatch Chile Store. Thank you for the best 👌
