These are amazing and exactly what we wanted. They gave precise shipping instructions and they arrived frozen on dry ice. They are delicious- we’ve already made salsa and pork green chili and are obsessed. It’s so great not having to roast, skin and prep these myself!!! I will definitely be ordering these every year.

I’ve been a customer for many years and never been disappointed. This year I bought frozen whole roasted. My only concern is that the delivery date got changed several times. Not their fault, totally due to the weather but somewhat disconcerting because I’d planned a big party around the Big Jim’s. Fortunately they arrived just in time. Next year I’ll probably do fresh again control the roasting process myself.

I needed some mild but flavorful Hatch chili to add to some extra hot I had on hand. This order of medium Joe Parker was perfect! I expected to get a bunch of peeled chili that was in pieces or all bunched up. What arrived was beautifully packaged whole, long & meaty green chili. Will always buy from these folks! First rate chili!! Heat was mild to medium but wonderful flavor.

We moved from NM 3 yrs ago. Last year we tried some of the local markets grn chile. It was super mild. Decided to take a chance on this, and have been very happy with the delivery, packaging. Taste, and heat. It is a bit on the pricey side. Not more than others, but if you need your grn chile, we are very happy to pay the price. Thank you. We will be ordering again in the future.

I am giving this a 1 because the last order of the hot chili it is not hot. I opened three of the bags and not hot. Good flavor, but not hot. I am disappointed because the last two orders I had placed for the hot roasted green the chili was hot. So don’t know if I will order again. Thanks

I discovered this website and decided to order some green chili for holidays. Since I lived in New Mexico for 5 plus years, my husband is from Santa Fe. We know what we were looking for. Hatch Green Chili here did not let us know. We made green chili stew and green chili corn bread for Thanksgiving with friends. We ordered medium one and there was kick afterwards and delicious. Everyone loved it. We will make some burritos with green chili soon. It got us hooked and we know where to get next year :)
