Took awhile to receive my order an when it finally got to address i was not informed that it shipped. I was out of town when it arrived an me living in North Dakota it was below freezing temps at the time. Had no idea when it arrived an how long it sat out in the cold. I was gone from home for a week an a half.

The chili’s have a full body flavor and are roasted to perfection. The only problem was the inability to really know when they would arrive. I hav to contact the company a few times over the course of a couple months to find out when I could expect delivery. Usually my order arrives within a week.

I've gotten your chilies a number of times and have sent the for others for birthdays or Christmas. They always come on time and in perfect condition. And they taste great (I use them for chile rellenos)!!! My sister in England is mad that she can't get them!!

I love the convenience of having genuine New Mexico Hatch green chile, roasted and chopped, delivered to my doorstep. The flavor is great. My only complaint is that it wasn't nearly as hot as I was hoping. I would classify it as more of a Medium than a Hot. Next order, I'm going to step up to the hottest that they offer.

Didn't receive the product. The delieverer couldn't fit it in the box and left a note to pick up at the usps office. My dad, Albert Bernal, checked at both post offices and did they did not have record of anything. Thus, he did not recieve the package. Very disappoited!

I've been ordering the Pure Hatch Green Chile in jars for quite a while now and I am always pleased with the product and packaging. I did have one out of many jars arrive broken and it was replaced immediately. I've tried their other products as well, and they are excellent.

I love this chile! I have it almost every meal! I also love the salsa great stuff! But I'm going to have to cut back a lot because it's costing to much per jar.

Ordered this for my son in NC and he was ecstatic to receive the chile. It was well packed and still frozen when he retrieved it. He said the heat of the chile was just right and so full of flavor.

These tamales are delicious. I keep them in the freezer and take out a few. I have a steamer that works well. I add Mexican salsa and have a good lunch.

I normally order fresh and roast my own, but due to major surgery this year, I ordered it already roasted. I just made a batch of salsa and as always, my Indiana friends love it! I’m hoping to be able to roast my own year, but I won’t hesitate to purchase the pre roasted and frozen again.

There is nothing and I mean nothing like the taste of a Hatch chile. I am normally a middle of the road on heat but these are spectacular. I sent a batch to friends all the way in Connecticut and they are raving. Love them and the service.

I'm about to make my third order of these. It takes my wife and I about 4 months to finish them off. Chimichangas are too spicy for her to finish so I get a little more. If you are able make ours milder
