My shipment arrived and in good shape, it was perishable and I was pleased to see that the food was good. Wish I could have received a notification that my shipment was in transit. I'm just glad I was home!

I've used THC for my fresh green chile fix for years. Always beautiful, large chiles. Only a good rating this year because a quarter of my chiles were broken, gooey and moldy. This is the first time this happened. But the temperature was in the high 90's here. I still love their chile and this company and I will order again.

The chili arrived fresh and is flavorful, but there is no heat. I ordered hot and was disappointed. Comparing it to last year's batch confirmed that the heat level was just not there.

I ordered 4 pounds of fresh Mild Hatch Chiles a couple of months ago, since my H.E.B. Grocery Store (in Rio Grande Valley) stopped bringing the Hatch Chiles. I got notice they were going to ship 2 weeks ago, but I was going out of town for a few days. I emailed Hatch Chile Store and they were so sweet, they changed the shipping to Aug 1st. I got the chiles very quickly, and they were just fine. Yesterday I put them on the grill to roast, peeled them, and used some for salsa and froze the rest. They were just right, and the heat level was perfect. I will be ordering from them again!

Just got my year supply of fresh green chile from Hatch. It arrived next day, all the chile was in great shape, I spent a couple hours roasting and now I'm set. Nothing tastes quite like chile from New Mexico. Yum!

I moved to NY four yrs ago and green chile is non existent here except for the small cans of Ortega diced chili, I just love green chilies and I missed them I shopped around on line and every place I looked they want 150$ to 300$ 2 day shipping. When I found the Hatch Chili Store I ordered 10lb box and overnight shipping was $23.60 guaranteed. Thank you so much I am forever your customer I will be getting my chiles every year from you, God Bless you all !!

Took 2 weeks to ship but arrived in great condition. I live in Washington now so getting Hatch Chile isn't easy! It's expensive to get up here because of shipping cost, but when compared to local options that wouldn't be available until late August it's really not more expensive ordering a direct shipment.

Shipped from California, but I'm assuming that's because they found a good tamaleria in Oakland, Definately the best Tamales I've had since moving to the pacific NW. The Masa is fluffy and airy and has an even mixture of meat compared to masa. Plenty of flavor too. First try warming up on comal showed our batch was slightly undercooked. We fixed issue by steaming them for 10 minutes to warm through. They do use fake husks though.
