I love that I live in Florida and am able to get green chiles shipped to me. This is the 3rd year of ordering and only one bad pepper in the whoole bunch. You are great. Being in Florida, ordering from Hatch is the only way to get them for green chile stew. Thanks again for the wonderful chiles!

Arrived totally thawed (from one state away). No refund - I was told I should have paid extra for express shipping and/or insurance. I think it is the responsibility of the business to ensure that the item arrives at my door in good condition. I was offered 50% off on my next order. Why would reorder 🤣

Highly reccomended !! These are really tasty rellenos. Rellenos have always been my go-to choice in mexican foods across the US, so I have tasted many variations. The Hatch Rellenos rank with the better ones I have tasted. Where I am now good Mexican food is hard to get so I order online from Hatch and that works well. Delivery is fast and reliable.

The small table top roaster works great! Received the roaster in the afternoon along with my order of 25 lbs of green chile and finished roasting the next day. The roaster works better than the grill or broiler and is faster and does a better job. Then ordered 25 lbs of red. Thanks!

These Big Jim’s are meaty and the perfect size for rellenos! I roasted the majority and froze them. We ate the fresh roasted ones right up and when I thawed the next batch they were just as fresh tasting and still firm and fleshy. Superior product and superior customer service. I have already recommended you to my chili head friends!

My chile arrived in a sturdy and stylish cardboard box and immediately was opened on my kitchen table. Overnight delivery to Gladstone, Oregone was seemless and the fruit was so fresh it squeaked!
The aroma of fresh Hatch Chile enveloped our home until the next morning when we roasted, peeled and froze our treasure. As a chef and former NM resident, quality ingredients are essential to any success. Hatch Chile gives me the "Cred" and assures my guests that we aren't playing around here.
Many farmers grow Hatch Chile, but I trust only the Hatch Chile Store to "Deliver the Goods" on-time and in perfect condition. Thank you!

Arrived perfectly.. I normally would buy 25 lbs toasted in New Mexico when I would visit my father in August for his birthday.. since his passing I have not had any until I found these. Roasted them myself in the oven. Vacuum sealed.. using my first bit today in Green chili chicken burritos.. thanks so much. I will be ordering every year. ❤️

I ordered the 25lb box of mild chilies. Box arrived on time and chiles looked good. I roasted, peeled and vacuum sealed the chiles. I set some aside for chile rellenos. Much to my dismay, these chiles were medium hot vs the mild I ordered.

These chilis are amazing, they are large, fresh, smell wonderful, taste fantastic, and are very easy to peel after roasting. My local grocery store just got in a shipment of chilis from somewhere and they pale in comparison to these hatch chilis.

The shipment arrived in Massachusetts on Friday about 1 PM. The peppers were in perfect condition.
We didn't roast them until Saturday morning. Roasted great, good hot flavor. We freeze the roasted chiles in vacuum freezer bags. We will have great hot Hatch chiles until this time next year, when we will look forward the next shipment.

Thanks
Reid
