Superb! After 27 years in Las Cruces, I'd been in chile withdrawal. While getting chile shipped to New Orleans isn't inexpensive, it is well and truly worth it!

Love these chiles! I had or should I say I made an order error. Christine (sp) helped me and my chilies arrived a little earlier than expected.
Thank you so much!
Always a customer

My chili arrived thawed, warm and fermented. I was able to call Hatch chili and get my order replaced. It should arrive next week. Fingers crossed it is still frozen!

The UPS driver that was ultimately supposed to deliver my chiles claims he came to my door and no one answered the door. I have a security camera at my front door, and I checked to see that no one had come to my door. I got in my car and tracked the driver down a couple of blocks away. Sure enough my package was sitting in his truck. The driver had nothing to say. If these perishable chiles had to wait another day to be delivered they may have spoiled. Unacceptable!!

I enjoy the Chile I ordered except that I ordered HOT Chile and it tastes like bell pepper there is no heat to the hot Chile. Wish it was hot. I was brought up always eating hot Chile since the 60’s it’s hard to get what you order.

I am impressed. I have been ordering Hatch chilies from various vendors for 20 years all claiming Big Jims. I know what Big Jims are because we are family friends of the developer and would road trip from California to Salem-Hatch each fall for our chiles. Over the years I have been dissapointed with the quality, texture and taste of the chiles sent to California that this year I canceled my order from my usual store. I then found your web site and bam, this is the real deal and so fresh like they were picked in the am. Thank you and will be ordering more. PS My mothers family is from NM and we eat chile every day and know a goo chile.

I noticed that the shipping date was 12 Aug, but the package didn't arrive until 16 Aug. I was led to believe the delivery was going to be overnight. Unless I misunderstood.

The medium hot Hatch Green Chile I ordered was delicious! Each of the chiles were meaty! And when I roasted them on my grill, the aroma was awesome! We hadn't had Hatch chiles since I don't rememer when, but we did remember the aroma when the chiles started to roast! After the chiles finished roasting, my wife peeled the chiles and set them aside so she could freeze them. Now we have packages of frozen chiles to cook anyway we want, when we want!!

We were so happy to get our shipment of the Joe Parker chilies! They are our favorite chile and find they are more difficult to get each year. The heat level is perfect and what a wonderful flavor! Thank you for your wonderful service. We will be ordering again soon.

Every chile pepper I received in my 25 lb delivery was clean and free of imperfections. Of the handful I ate during the roasting/cleaning process only one had the kind of heat I expected but all were tasty. No complaints here; I can always ramp up the heat if I so desire. I'm sure I'll be calling this wnterr for a shipment of frozen chiles. Thanks again for your excellent service. Frank in New Jersey with NM taste buds!

Impressive how efficient Hatch Chile Store is. After the first order was amazing fresh beautiful chiles...I ordered another 25#. Their website is easy to view, easy to order and customer service follow up ranks high. Roasting and bagging 50# fresh chili only took an hour. For Hatch chili lovers its an hour of Zen.

These chiles are JUST PICKED FRESHNESS!!! So much better than the ones I used to buy from street vendors in Denver. Now I know what a "BUSHEL OF CHILES" should look like!!!

I lived in El Paso for 17 years. I attended the hatch Chile fest for 17 years, I’ve been eating hatch Chile for fourty years. 2 bags a year. The extra hot green chile is as close to fresh roasted as you can get. It’s really that good

New Mexico hatch chili is the best in the world. The grocery stores here sell California green chili. It’s so mild and flavorless. We order hatch every year. See you next year.
