2024, I'm soo happy to be able to order my beloved, NM Hatch Chili all the way from NC. There's no comparison to fresh Hatch Chili.
It's always fresh as well as tasty as expected from NM. I wouldn't want to go without it. Thank you, Mary H.

I love the recipes and have tried many of them. But I eat hatch peppers several times a day.

Can’t wait to tryout this red sauce. My girlfriend bought them for me. Three red and three green. She will give me a jar of each for special occasions.
The only problem is that I eat so much of them, I’m going to have to order more just to fill in in between my gifts from her.

Previous attempt at self-roasting chilis, after a UPS delay in shipment, ended in failure. So…ordered already roasted hatch chilis. Excellent! Word to the wise to other Neanderthals like me…save yourself the effort and order the pre-roasted. I guess in a weak moment I thought I was Martha Stewart!

I live by myself and ordered the 12 count thinking I would freeze at least half. Well, that never happened because they were gone in a little over a week. I would eat them for dinner, or lunch, or brunch or an afternoon snack. Now, I'll have to order more!

Love Love Love x-hot. Bought 25 lbs in beginning of season, received beautiful chilies. Went ahead and ordered another 25 lbs towards the end of the season....was very disappointed with what I received. All of the chilies were very tiny. After grilling them there was hardly anything left. I made 1 pound bags. When I peel them to eat I have many a couple ounces of chilies.. I guess it’s my fault for ordering so late in the season.

Great flavor. Good fast order handling and shipping. I just wish that when the five, one pound plastic bags were frozen they had not been wet. When I opened each five pound box the contents were frozen together in a block. Makes it difficult to use just one.

My family is from Bernalillo so I understand what good New Mexico Chile should taste like- smoky and rich. It’s an identifiable flavor that can’t come from anywhere else because of the unique sand content of the soil. This is the real deal.

I grew up in New Mexico and LOVE fresh Hatch Green Chiles! I now live in Virginia, it is such a treat to have fresh chilies available. Once we received our chilies we grilled them, peeled them, chopped them up and they are in the freezer! We will enjoy using the chilies in different recipes, they are DELICIOUS!
