Hatch peppers are new to me. I was fortunate to find this store early on. I’ve ordered twice and spoke on the phone with them a couple times. Very customer friendly and proud of their product. They should be! I’ll be a regular customer from now on. I’ve already spread the word to several friends who will be ordering from them as well. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Mahalo to those that are involved in the picking, order, and shipping! I have bought chilis from you for years including in Las Vegas and purchasing for friends to be shipped. Now I'm in Hawaii and I still order. Lol. They arrived on time and so crisp and perfect condition. The FedEx driver did not want to deliver them due to his truck smelled amazing.

Braggin' rights with the Old Ladies at church; one is from Pueblo, CO and the other from Mescalero, NM. La Pueblita keeps telling me how Southern Colorado Chile is better...Hah! Food is a cultural connector, it provides an opportunity to talk, share and compare. The Ladies were thrilled when I gave them each a frozen ziploc of freshly roasted chile. Hatch Chile from the Hatch Chile Store unites us NM diaspora. Thanks!

I ordered a 25 pound box of extra hot green chiles, grilled them, peeled them and I'm set for a while. Wonderful company which I've ordered from through the years and they never disappoint. The crops this year were hot ( at least my batch was) and I'm so happy. Nothing compares to Hatch green chiles.

I live is North Dakota now after 53 years in Arizona. Very familiar with Hatch Chilies when I lived in Az. One day while leaving Minot,ND I see a local grocery store advertising Hatch Green Chilies. I just about caused a serious car accident trying to get turned around to see if this store really had the real thing. They were and I felt like a little of “home” had worked it’s way back into my kitchen. Excellent chilies!

Dear Hatch Chile Family,

I lived in Las Cruces for twenty+ years, and recently moved to the West
Coast of Florida. Loved living in Las Cruces, but wanted to see the water again. What I continue to miss most since leaving Las Cruces is all of the wonderful eateries in town like; Andele's, The Shed, Habanero's, and the amazing ambience of LaPosta, and of course Hatch Chile, I tell everyone that Hatch NM is the chile capital of the world!!

We thoroughly are enjoying the Joe Parker green chile, and will be placing another order soon. We have been putting the chile on everything we eat. I just recently placed an order for one of my customer's to enjoy, and shared
your website with them.

New Mexico Mexican food is not like Mexican food anywhere else in the world. It's in a caliber all of it's own, and so greatly missed!!

Thank you for your wonderful service, the order was delivered promptly and
still frozen. I will continue to order from, and promote The Hatch Chile Store.

Thanks again, and please Stay Safe!!

Sincerely,
Di Nelson
