This is my 4th year ordering fresh chiles from the Hatch Chile Company. I order 2-3 boxes every year and spend a weekend roasting them on my kamado grill, vacuum sealing them, and freezing them. I give packets of fresh roasted chiles as Christmas gifts and I use them year round. I cannot say enough about the quality of the chiles I get every year. I will order from them as long as they'll keep shipping to me in Georgia.

This is the 4th year in a row I have ordered fresh chiles. They arrive fresh and ready to roast and peel. I live in Eastern Oregon, they make it too easy. Between Hots and Mediums, I roasted 90lbs this year, hopefully enough to make it to next Fall.

Hatch Green Chilies are the most flavorful, fresh chilies. We originally found them in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and I buy them whenever I can! I'm thrilled that I can purchase fresh chilies online since it's difficult to find them in Florida! Thank you for Hatch Green Chilies!

OMG!! Best tasting green stuffed chilis ever!!! Will be back, next time I order it will be the Hot chilis. I ordered mild, but the stuffing had Spices and Jalapeños. Thank you for a great product. Love the Whole ones. No photos sorry.

Flavorless. Was also not aware these were 2023 chiles. Complained. Was told "taste is subjective." Me and my family been eating chiles 40 plus years. This batch SUCKED. Unfortanately, will not be buying ever again.

I am a native New Mexican who has relocated out of state. I have ordered from other vendors only to be disappointed. I placed a fresh and already roasted and peeled order from The Hatch Chile Store. My order arrived quickly and it was just as promised. The chile is fresh and delicious. I will definately order again next year.

Living in California it isn’t easy getting true hatch chile. This shipped fast and packaging was great. After cooking with one bag, hands down excellent quality chile and 100% worth the price. Will be ordering again next year!

I love tamales and living here in MA it is hard to find. I have to give my son in law your site. He is native New Englad but loves spicy food. I will order them again.

These chiles are nicely intact--no rips--and well suited for rellenos. They are on the hot side which my grown daughter is not very fond. Otherwise, the flavor is wonderful. I will be buying them again, though I may get the medium hot variety next time.

Delicious tamales. We are a family of three so I placed the one dozen package on end in water to thaw just 6 and re-froze the rest for another meal. Had them with fried plantains. Muy sabroso.

Excellent process from ordering to delivery. The chili arrived in perfect condition with 100% fresh and ready to roast. The flavor of the chili and the heat were excellent and exactly as ordered. I will never go anywhere else for my chili fix.
