We moved out of NM about 4 yrs ago. As New Mexicans we can't live without green chile. Often we mix up our chile orders with several vendors. This year we bought all our chile from, The Hatch Chile Store. All of the boxes of chile were exactly as we ordered. The chile was firm, mostly a dark shade of green, and we had very little spoilage. We like our chile hot and it didn't disappoint! We will continue to use The Hatch Chile Store in the future. Thank you for delivering such consistency.

The chili arrived on time and in excellent condition. Living in Central Texas (DFW area) we don’t have chili toasters on every corner during harvest season, so this was our best option this year.

I love the smell of fresh roasted chili, if it weren’t for that I’d probably buy the chili that’s already roasted and peeled as roasting them on a BBQ grill is labor intensive. So if you don’t have a roasting basket and a weed burner I’d suggest getting them already done for you.

The HOT chili is rather hot, my wife prefers mild so we mix them as a compromise. Awesome chili y’all!!!!
