X-Hot - Lumbre, is now my favorite Chile to order. It was very satisfying to remove the skin or I'm getting better at it. A beautiful 25 lbs. box of Chile to process and very hot

Arrived in perfect shape. Got here at about 9:30am. By 1:30 pm, they were roasted, cleaned and packed for the freezer. Every chili was perfect and peeled easily after roasting on the bbq. Needless to say they tasted great. As far as I can tell they were all mild, exactly what I wanted. Will definitely order again.

Nearly all of the chiles were in excellent shape! I only had to throw 5 or 6 chiles away due to being cracked open, mushy, or smashed, but that's to be expected when it comes to packing and shipping. I was definitely please with the size and quality!

I purchased the roasted and peeled "hot" green chile. The flavor is very good. So far, it is not as hot as I was expecting but I have only eaten one bag of the chile so far and the others might be hotter. I'll reserve final judgment until later but if you like your chile on the hotter side and haven't ordered before you might want to try the "very hot".

My chile came in perfect condition! Very fresh and smelled great! It reminds me of home ❤️💛 This is the second time I’ve ordered fresh chile from this company and I will order again.
My only comment would be that the medium I ordered was more mild than I would’ve liked. Next time I’ll be ordering the hot or extra hot.
