Hello, I have been making my own Hatch Chile Sauce for over thirty years after eating at the Owl Bar in San Antonio while traveling through there, I would buy Chiles while in NM and bring them home and roast them. The last five years I have been retired and not traveling so I have been getting my Chiles from Wegmans during their Hatch Chile days but they don't have any quality control at the point of sale, the last two years the cases were supposed to be medium and they were so hot nobody could eat them, so I ordered a case of your med, sauce and it is delicious! just the right heat and the combination of roasted and fresh chiles is a great idea, the whole family LOVES it, will urchase another case when this one is gone. Thank You for a GREAT product.

This green sauce is awesome. It's got great taste, and the flavor is outstanding. I ordered the hot and it's got a good amount of heat. We just can't get enough of it. We love it so much that we plan on buying more in the near future. Taste great with everything.

Thank you for fast, fresh delivery. Altho i ordered the Big Jim mix, i was expecting after I roasted the chilies, a more hotter taste. It was very mild. I will work with it for my dishes I prepare with great love. I hope next time I order it will be to liking. I miss New Mexico since moving to Florida and want to invite new friends to the extraordinary cuisine New Mexico offers.

The Medium Joe Parker Hatch Green Chile was exactly what we wanted and the quality is superior! It has a great flavor and goes a long way! We most enjoyed it in our recipes of green chile stew, green chile cheeseburgers and a green chile quiche! The service was quick and smooth! You will not be disappointed.

Excellent tamales! The product arrived frozen solid even though we now live in Florida. These tamales are authentic. The pork filling amount very adequate with excellent taste. Personally I like more spicy heat than most. Extra heat can always be added with a sauce. The cornmeal exterior had good texture and flavor. Unlike numerous grocery store varieties it did not make up the majority of the tamale. These tamales will compete with any restaurant tamales I have tried. The pricing includes shipping which is expensive due to insulation and dry ice. If you live in Florida and crave authentic New Mexico cuisine, the shipping is the price you will have to pay for a superior product.

Your red (medium hot) chilies have WONDERFUL flavor, especially roasted (which we do ourselves)! The one-day delivery of this product is the best choice.

All that said, some chilies do arrive dry and wrinkly, some arrive wet and/or moldy (in the same order/box).

Thank you for the 10% refund.

For the future, how can picking and packing prevent the above issues?

Thank you…and “see you” next year!

OMG I am so in love with these guys. The chilies arrived fresh and ready to roast, so I broke out the roaster and had a chili and tomatillo roasting party. Then a couple of days later, I ordered 25 pounds of the medium. I will put fire to them this weekend. I lived in Colorado for 30 years and after I moved I so missed my hatch chilies. Problem solved!!

Most of Chile's were small and wrinkled. They were also not really medium but more mild. I also found some to be spoiled. I probably won't shop/order from here again. Less expensive and better quality at the local food city grocery store.

Very disappointed. These chiles shouldn’t have been sold. I would’ve gladly waited for a quality batch. They seemed like they weren’t ready to be picked right off the bat. They were absolutely unable to be roasted and peeled properly. I reached out for a refund and was offered a discount on my next order, and then I was completely ignored. All I got was 25 pounds of chile skins in the end. Spent all day trying different ways to roast and peel them. Product was not as advertised.
