I definitely knew where my order was from the time it left the chile store. So if you’re nervous about getting your order it’s worth the cost.

I ordered 75lbs of Big Jim’s and Charges. I was a little disappointed in the size, I ordered them specifically for the advertised larger size. The largest one’s I had were 9” to 10” and a lot of smaller. I also bought 25lbs of the hot at the grocery store, same brand, that’s what prompted me to buy more. But I can say unequivocally the quality, freshness and flavor were exceptional. I will order again next year. Thanks

I should have known once I saw it was bagged like that ( i don't buy local with the same bag). I processed a little anyway because I thought it would be basically your fabulous green chile but sun dried. I was so disappointed. it was EXTREMELY bitter and very dark (looked like mole). I threw it all away. Your green chile came in beautiful and fresh. I will continue to purchase the green going forward. The red, no. Sorry...

Thank you so much. Tbh I felt like you guys shipped me a little more than 10lbs knowing a couple wouldn’t make it.

Very very few peppers don’t survive the trip. It was entirely worth the cost and I was super happy. These peppers are delicious. Thanks so much for what you do. Keep up the good work. 💕
