This is great chile!! Living in AZ now, we crave green chile- and this is IT!! Smells, tastes like fresh roasted ( not like Bueno frozen) and delivered still frozen to my door, perfectly packaged. 'Heat' exactly as ordered. I'm a complete fan. Now please bring balloon Fiesta here, too. That would be perfect.

In August, my batch of freah Hatch Green Chilies gave me an aromatic afternoon at the grill and a winter’s worth of Hatch chilies. Then a week or so ago, my Fresh Hatch Red Chilies arrived. First, I used one with my last home garden Tomato Pie of the season, to crank it up
A notch. Inspecting the rest I noted that not one pepper was bruised or past peak. I chopped and froze the lot, and portioned the chopped peppers into 4 oz freezer bags to bring the desert to my upstate New York winter. Your company is terrific!!!

Product delivered in a timely fashion but no one notified me that the product had arrived. It sat outside my front door for an undetermined amount of tie. A few pods had started to spoil.

All Hatch Chilis are great, there is a lot of flavor in all your chillies, there is a distinct flavor only chillies from Hatch have. So when I run low, I go to the Hatch store, every time.

Actually this was an order to replace the Chiles I lost during Hurricane Helene. Alas the original order had been roasted and frozen when we lost power and lost our freezer to a power loss. Hatch Chiles was quick to send out my replacement order. And we still await our order of red chile.
Happy with the quality and service.

As I've stated to your person asking before about my order! I informed her that the chiles were mostly red and very small. I did know it was the end of your season otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them. Her response was she was sorry, so you really don't care what the customer thinks otherwise you would have made an effort to make it right which you didn't! This is my first and probably my last time ordering from you. Live and learn.

I moved from the southwest to Seattle, and we HAVE to order these chiles every year. They are so flavorful and spicy and taste just like home. This is my fourth year ordering...I've done fresh, frozen and chopped, and it's always fantastic. One year I had a shipping issue (not Hatch's fault), and the Hatch team was SO responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. Literally whenever I meet someone out here who is from the southwest I tell them they HAVE to get their annual supply from the Hatch Chile Store.
