I have eaten a lot of green chiles while visiting New Mexico but this was my first time working with the unprocessed product. The chiles were in great shape and ready for roasting. I did it all in one go. A lot of work, but well worth it. We will be eating green chile for a while. Fantastic.

The best chilis we can get. Originally from Arizona and moved to TN where I have not been able to get hatch chilis. These chilis are large, perfect condition and very tasty. We roasted for chilli rellanos and canned diced chili. We ordered a total of five 24 pound boxes and will again next year. Thank you for the great product.

These are the best chilis we have ever had.
We are located in Las Vegas NV and any chilis you get here are not hot. I am from El Paso, TX. Thank you so much.

Long have I settled for jarred and canned chile from the grocery story. Fate finally smiled upon me and offered me a link to this amazing online shop where I ordered a package of roasted & peeled Sandia Hots. It arrived very fast and I immediately put it to good use. I'm in heaven over the outstanding flavor of the green chile stew I made. I'm going to be asking Santa to gift me more for the holidays.

So happy to get wonderful Hatch Green Chili delvered to the East Coast! Delivery only took a couple of days once ordered, they were packaged well, and the first 2 pounds have been wonderful! Next time I'll order 1/2 hot and 1/2 medium as I'm missing a little of the 'burn' factor. All around, A++. Will do this again next year.

We moved from Texas to Florida last year, and my husband has been desperately missing easy access to fresh Hatch chiles. Reds are his favorite, so we made the investment in a 25-lb box this year and we were delighted! Huge chiles, beautifully colored, and a very zesty medium-hot. My husband roasted them all on his Traeger and then made 2 gallons of puree for the freezer. The holidays are saved thanks to the Hatch Chile Store!

No such thing as Green Chili in North Carolina.
Way better having yall roast, chop and package em up. We'll be back every year.

Assome Chile as always. Being a native new Mexican here in florida it's nice to get a taste of home. I grow my own Chile here in Florida but still can't reproduce exactly the taste and size of these hatch chilies so I always agment my yearly supply with Chile from you guys! Thanks for great product and thank you for being able to get it to me here in florida

Highly recommend Hatch Chile Store! This my 3rd time ordering from them and will be a customer for life. They never disappoint. Awesome TAT and no spoilage. The Big Jims are great for rellenos.
