As always ...beautiful fresh red chile..
I grew up around hot chile ...from Hagerman new mexico...my only wish is that hotter varieties of fresh red ...like sandia were available...Sandia variety makes the best red enchiladas..

I ordered the mild but it is too hot. I lived 57 years in Colorado, eating Hatch and Pueblo green chili and never had it this hot. And it was not very “meaty”. Very disappointing! I will never order it again.

I ordered 10 pounds of medium and they sent me mild. Then they charged me again to order hot but that was not hot. They did give me 40% off the second order but I spent close to $100 on chili. They didn't make it right I will not be ordering from them again.

I was so excited that I had signed up with this delivery guarantee. My order was not delivered and was disposed of at a shippers warehouse. The wonderful people at Hatch jumped right on it and I mean super promptly re sent it. My friend got her chilis right away. Thank you Hatch. I come back every year. My friend called and said she made red chili and she said it was the best one she had ever made. She had never ordered the red fresh. So now I have to send it twice a year. 😃They do a wonderful job. I can't thank them for such a bang up job. 5 stars.

This a gift every year for one of my dearest friends. If you ship please get the delivery they tell you. It's so worth it. The red chilis were so good she said. We had to reship because the delivery wasn't done. Hatch promptly reshipped because I ordered the shipping guarantee. She was so grateful for the red chilis. Thank you Hatch chili. See ya soon for my next gift.

Delivery was on time and packaging was just as advertised. Although it's on the pricey side, we understand that growing, harvesting, processing is labor intensive and the product is worth it. My brother used to bring roasted chilis from Colorado to Alabama every year. He is no longer with us and this is a great way to keep that connection with the part of the world west of the Mississippi River! I was also able to gift to a Southwest expat living in Florida! Keep it up. Your efforts are appreciated.
