These are the best relents we have ever had outside of New Mexico. We keep them on-hand in the freezer at all times. We thaw them in the microwave and heat them in a skillet on the stove top.

I live in CO Springs, Co, and can never find true Hatch green chilis. Everyone sells pueblo chilis, which aren't bad, but they have a totally different taste. So I looked on line where to get some Hatch chilis, and came upon this website, so I read about it and tried it. The service is top notch, packaging 1st rate, and nothing beats the real Hatch chili taste. I am so grateful I can order these, and they are already roasted, peeled and frozen in nifty 1 gallon bags, sold in 5 1 gallon bags and shipped frozen with dry ice. It is as good as the service I get from Ohama steaks. Keep up the good work.

We have only tried the green chili so far on our cheese burgers and it is great. We will be using the others soon and I can't see why they want be great also, we love the flavor of the hatch chili's. We actually plan on traveling to Hatch New Mexico next year to eat a Hatch chili cheeseburger at The World Famous Sparky's, we can't wait.

I use Hatch Green Chilies in everything I can think of. I use to live in Colorado, so it was much easier getting fresh roasted chilies. I now live in Tennessee. So now I’m ordering online. My order arrived and everything was still frozen. Ready for the next year of cooking.

Very nice company. Chilies arrived as promised and very good condition. I roasted them the day they arrived and they are delicious. I generally purchase medium level heat chillies because I like a kick, but not my mouth on fire. My only disappointment is that the medium chilies had absolutely no kick to them. They were 100% mild.

I grew up in Albuquerque so I know that good NM chile goes in everything that doesn't move fast enough. I have lived in the PacNW since 1983 and finally got myself together to get my fix from a good provider. I got five pounds of the roasted hot whole this year and when I had gone through a pound in a week on my own, I ordered another ten pounds. Some of these will become seasonal gifts but I reserve most for myself. This company sends a fine product, frozen solid when I got it and better than I would roast and peal myself. I'm a solid customer.

I've used the "Hatchup" on everything from burgers to Sloppy Joe's & it does not disappoint. I also use it on pasties(a meal in one brought to the UP of Michigan by Cornish miners). You must understand my Mom and her siblings were raised in Roswell, New Mexico. My Uncle went to New Mexico Institute. We know our Chiles. I ordered medium red Chiles. They were INCREDIBLY HOT. TOO HOT! We will adapt. I look forward to my "I DARE YOU" blue corn, chicken enchiladas over the Christmas Holidays. Question we all had as a family with New Mexican roots, were those red Chiles meant to be eaten?

Order shipped as described. However, the Hot roasted chilis we order were maybe medium heat if not mild. Still had good flavor. Second order was for fresh green chilis x-hot. Arrived I. A cardboard box with large open slots, so not sure how many were lost in shipping. They literally fell out. Roasted and chopped them up, but yet to check the heat. Hope they have some spice, we miss our spicy chilis.
