The Chiles came very fresh. You could smell them before even opening the box. We got the mild which had zero heat but still good flavor. But next time I will get the next hottest. And will order must more than 5 lbs.

Fantastic as always. They arrived Friday, and Saturday we fired up the grill and spent the next 4 1/2 hers roasting and peeling. (this year I counted...404 peppers..umm). What fun we have doing this, and well worth it. This year we got the medium instead of med/hot, and I must admit, I was a little worried my chili Verde was going to be lacking.... no way. What a delicious flavor. Think I'll be mixing up next years order with a variety of peppers. What can I say except that nothing compares to this company and their customer service, their sincerity, and above all, their fantastic, one of a kind in flavor, chilies.

Chilis arrived in tip-top condition, fresh ready to be roasted. I so enjoy using my fresh frozen green chilis over store bought canned. Great value dollar for dollar over buying in smaller amount in the grocery store. (Who will not sell me a bushel) Love the chilis, service and everyone involved in getting my chilis to Arkansas!

This is my first experience with purchasing Hatch Chilies online. I am so very happy with my chilies. They arrived very fresh and intacted. I have already roasted diced and put away in the freezer for future use and tonite some will be used in a chili relish. I highly recommend purchasing from this company.

I liked this best of what I got from you. However, in making salsa I would add onions, celery and cilantro in a jalapeno sauce. You should try it, I make my own version like your recipe just with what I noted additionally. I also add a flavor like Louisiana type sauce for more gusto.

Fantastic
While it seemed daunting to order 25lb the roasting on the BBQ and freezing went very quickly.
The chilies arrived nice and fresh, a couple were red but that can be expected when they are fresh picked and packed just for us.
I have only been able to get a few of these chilies at one grocery stores around here, it was great to get more than a handful.
Love the recipes on their webpage, I have heard you can add these to chocolate chip cookies... Would love a recipe for that

Our chili arrived in very good condition with only one bad one in the bottom of the box. The smell while they were grilling brought back so many good memories. Not much heat in them this year and our batch was quite mild. If truly medium, I would have given 5 stars.
