Excellent condition. The chilies were beautiful nice straight, very little odd shape ones. Of the 25 pounds in purchased I only had one that was broken in half. And we could tell by the smell that filled the room when I opened the box was like I was back home again.. thank you

Many of the mild chiles are too mild, but I make most of my order into a cooked salsa, and the "average" is just right for us. Delicious!

The chiles shipped from Hatch to Central California in 3 days and arrived in excellent condition. We processed them the day after delivery.

We're very happy with our shipment of hot fresh Hatch chilies. They weren't packed in a cold pack but arrived quickly and in very good shape. The chilies were big and beautiful! We roasted them on our bbq, then froze them for later use. Just pulled some out of the freezer tonight; they added a lot of flavor to our navy bean/fresh corn/chile dish. Yummy!

We need our Hatch chile fix and have ordered from here for several years. It is obvious, based on their friendly service, that they are a family-run business and care about doing it right, but this year they REALLY raised their game.

The notifications, promptness, follow-up and most of all, the outstanding quality of the chiles exceeded expectations (You always assume there will be a couple bad ones in the box. Not this year. 100% ready-to-roast, green chile goodness!). Really impressive. Thank you!

See y'all next year! Unless we nleat it all and need to re-stock in a month or two......

Overall good quality, they came a long distance. The box edge came apart, and I did loose a few chilies due to the weight of the rest, they got squishy. The rest were great, I only had 15 or so that I couldn't tie into the reistra. Lovely smell for my entire order.
