The Hatch chilies were fantastic last year. I intend on buying more this year.
Even though I could not roast them right away and they sat in my pantry for
2-3 days, they were perfect!

Funny how you ask me how my order was received when it has NOT been received. Tracking still shows it in El Paso, Texas. So far, not impressed when you said the order would be shipped on August 9.

Thank you for the informed and quick delivery. I am now stocked up for at least several months, it is already roasted, and in the freezer. It was super tasty and fresh. Will be ordering again!

As I have mentioned in previous emails. This years Lumbre is a big disappointment. It's just not hot and HOT is my family's preference. It has been for generations. Last year's batch was awesome. This year's batch does not compare to last year's Sandia in terms of hotness. As a matterof fact the Lumbre and Sandia I received pretty much have the same degree of hotness. Disappointed. Oh well... I guess

Yellowish color compared to last year. Not HOT which was a huge disappointment. Totally not satisfied. Last year I received awesome Sandia and Lumbre. Oh well... I guess!

The chiles arrived! I really appreciated the email confirmation that the package had arrived. The chile's were clean, smelled wonderful and were quickly roasted on the grill. The chili arrived in a box that was badly damaged. I believe the damaged box caused at least 1/4 of the chili to be bruised which caused premature mold to occur. In addition this years Lumbre chili was not nearly as hot as last year's batch. I am a bit disappointed in my order this year. Hopefully my fresh red chili will be in better shape when it arrives. I believe stronger or thicker boxes should be used in the future. These ones were very flimsy.

I have purchased Hatch chilies for many years. This year's batch was perhaps the best ever. Ordered a 25# box - not a single pepper wasn't still fresh. Couldn't be happier with them.

Beautiful, crisp, aromatic. when my husband got home he could tell there was chile cooking. I surprised him with it. Sometimes we just can't afford it.
We made a point of ordering chile this year. I ordered the mild, but to my dismay , there was no heat at all in the chile I have prepared so far...
Since I was a child there was always Hatch chile in our home. No other chile compares as far as freshness and flavor.
My parents being from Albuqueque. We would vacation every August and you could be sure there would be sacks and sacks of chile traveling back home with us. I can literally say: Thanks for the memories. Every time I open a pkg.

I bought the medium green chile and it has the flavor I have come to expect. I will be buying this again. I also bought the red chile sause but have not had time to sample that one and no doubt it will be just as great!

I received my perfect shipment of Hatch Green Chile yesterday. They are beautifully peeled and frozen and I know from past purchases that the flavor will be beyond compare. I use it to make salsas and a peach and mango chutney that would just not be the same without Hatch Chile. You can't go wrong. You can't get that flavor anywhere else!

Have not received my order. Should have received it last week but it rained. Haven't had any feedback since. But i am not worried. Good peppers take time just like good food! Follow up: Received my peppers today 8/19/16 at 2:45 pm EST. There is not one bad pepper in the box. A few peppers said they were spoiled but you know how they lie. I really appreciate the 2nd day air. It was not necessary but i do appreciate it Will roast them tomorrow'. Hope to do this again next year. Again thank you very much and it seems customer service really is #1.

I did 2 day shipping and my 25#'s of chiles arrived in perfect condition. This was the first time that I ordered fresh ones. I am so happy with them. They roasted and peeled very easily and. I froze most, but the ones I used immediately were delicious. I would definitely order again. Also, I am even more interested now in visiting Hatch during the Chile Edtival.
