Beautiful big Jim chile roasted & peeled easily. Taste awesome, excellent flavor with just the right amount of kick! A little pricey to ship across the country but worth every penny so I can have my "soul food!"

I received my chiles today, was so excited. I do have to mention that there were quite a few little ones included in the bunch. I will be roasting chiles this weekend, storing and making salsa, and maybe another dish to taste the quality, which I'm assuming will be superb. I will be most likely ordering more.

So happy to get some Hatch green chile here in Chicago. It was in the 90s the week I ordered, but it arrived still frozen & in perfect condition. They processed my order quickly too - which was great because I wanted to send some home with a friend visiting from England. I've already made enchiladas & huevos rancheros, and the green chile was delicious. My heart (stomach?) is so happy!

The chili just arrived in San Francisco. Our friends said it is the best gift anyone has ever sent them. Hatch green chili ... of course it was. Thank you.

I have been ordering from you for several years and the chile always arrive in very good shale. When ordering fresh produce online, you will always have a small amount of spoilage, but your company does the best job of any other i've tried of making sure the chile is fresh but not moldy. Very good product!

Since we can't go to Santa Fe every time we crave green chile, we ordered a bunch of roasted, peeled chilies from the Hatch Store. The communication was stellar, the chilies are awesome and packed in individual 1 lb ziplog freezer bags, so we can store them easily. Already have devoured our first batch of the year- yum!

I pre-ordered my hatch chiles at some point late last fall - so excited to have received them! They are in gorgeous shape - shiny and bright green. You could smell their fabulous aroma out of the box. Can't wait to roast them this weekend and freeze most of them to be used throughout the fall and winter.

Oh my gosh, the smell of roasting the chilies on the bar b q is a smell I almost forgot! We moved here four years ago and how I miss hatch green chilies! I only ordered 5 lbs since I wasn't sure if they would hold up in shipping from New Mexico to southern Florida. They arrived wonderfully. I'm reordering 10 more lbs. I only wish they were a little cheaper. See if any stores here in Florida could carry them, like Winn Dixie or Publixs. Love hatch green chilies!!!!

I had originally posted that my order had not arrived as promised. The reason for the delay was rain on the fields. The product arrived as promised after the rain delay. the product was in excellent shape and was well worth the price I have not ordered this product before but I certainly will again. Job well done. Thank you

I ordered fresh green chile for the first time in many years. I ordered the fresh because it was cheaper for mailing to me than having the frozen shipped. With the exception of maybe 2 chile pods, that had the beginning of spoiling, all the rest of the chile was perfect.
The chile roasted up perfectly and the taste was perfect. My family and I will enjoy the chile as long as it lasts!
The chile taste was perfect.

I received my order yesterday, 25 pounds of Ned-hot Big Jim's. In the entire case I had 6 chilies that were red or had started to turn red and one that was rotten. This I attribute to the fact that I decided on 3 day shipping to save money and to me, the loss of one chili was perfectly fine. The flavor and quality is phenomenal and I've already roasted 2/3 of the case to peel and freeze for future use. When there was a delay with shipping l, due to heavy rains, the company was great in letting me know about the shipment date. I'll be ordering again next season!!
