I love being able to get Hatch Green Chile! I just finished eating some. I do miss smelling my old home town smelling like roasted hatch green chile. When I roast it in my oven, it smells so good for a few days. Yummy 🤤

No problems, overall. A few chiles went south fairly soon. Maybe I'll order them frozen
next time, or already roasted.

It was still fresh and we really enjoyed the chile rellenos I made and chile con queso and chile con carne. I can never find good chile here in Georgia. I’m from ElPaso Tx. and I always found it there or in Las Cruces NM.

Neutral about the chilies. I had to throw a lot of them in the trash due to being soggy upon arrival. Probably won't order again 😕

This was my first time (but won't be my last) buying the "mild" chile. I love it and since it is milder I can put more chile on everything, to enjoy that amazing flavor.

Shipping took forever. One delay excuse after another and then most of the chilis on the bottom of the box had gone bad and were mushy and unusable. I bought a 25lb box and only got 18lbs of usable chilis.
Trying a different company next time.

We roasted these beautiful chiles the day they arrived and were transported back to Las Cruces, NM. The only reason that they don't have a 5-star review is that some chiles were medium hot. We will order these chiles every year. Thank you so much!!!

I just received recently 25 lbs of Big Jim's and there was not a bad one in the whole bunch. Roasted them on my grill and stuck them in ice water. Peeled so easy and the chiles were very firm. Love my Hatch Chile's!

Excellent flavor with mild to hot heat. Delivered in good shape, however, had to work up in a hurry because in transit the box was exposed to excess heat, and the lower portion of the box some chile pods were getting in critical shape.

This red chili is the best with its rich flavor like no other chili in the world. The great soil and environment it grows in is the difference.
My mother grew up in New Mexico and this chili reminds me of home. And of course, mom was right, the best chili comes from New Mexico and especially Hatch.

We ordered the whole green Chile's and multiple items from their processed products list. The Hatchup spicy ketchup is amazing and all the Hatch seasonings are exactly what I was hoping for! The whole green Chile's separated into one pound packages and very carefully packaged are perfect for two retirees like us! We love that you offer mild products for those of us that can't take the heat! Thanks for the wonderful products we'll be regular customers now!

A box of big jims will put a big smile on your face, especially if its from these guys. Ive had the frozen and the fresh. Both deliver, big time. Their customer service might be a little rough, but its gotten better over the past few years. All around a great company and a great product. Get a 10lb box. I recommend it.

We had an issue with our medium chile. They were a lot milder than we were expecting, however, there was a not on the website that stated this, and I missed it when ordering. When we mentioned it in our review, the owner emailed me right away and offered to fix our issue. I was so impressed at how quickly and efficiently he took care of the problem. 10+ customer service. We are looking forward to trying the hot chile! Thanks!

I orderd 25lbs each of medium and mild chillies
this year again considering I have them shipped to Illinois, your chillies reach my door still beautiful and perfect and ready to roast. I have very little loss of chillies, maybe 6 chillies in the whole box. My neighbors are starting to ask questions about the amazing aroma coming from my grill, I gave them some fresh mild. We'll see how much they want next.
