I recently received my 35 lb box of hatch chilies. It was the second box I ordered. The first was a 10 lb box. The first box was perfect. I couldn't have asked for better chilies. The second box, however, had about 10 chilies that were spoiled. I was disappointed. But I didn't take pictures. I was roasting my chilies at 4;30 am and was tired. so I didn't bother. Had it not been for this last batch with the spoiled chiles I would have rated my purchase much higher.

Moved to South Dakota from NM many years ago and my parents would send me Hatch green chiles to help my homesickness. Still to this day I order them for nostalgia but more so for the quality and care for which this company consistently stands. Awesome!!

I paid for two day delivery and it's expensive but I wanted Hatch Chiles. However, about arrival, about 10 Chiles were spoiled. The next day, another 5. Many turned red which means, they weren't picked fresh. I'm thoroughly disappointed that I paid $60 (shopping included so I can 5 lbs of Chiles instead of 10 lbs. I'll never use this company again.

These were inspected when entered in to California and resealed. By the time we received them on Monday, they were mushy and had fuzzy mold throughout the box. There was also liquid at the bottom of the box. I was unable to save any.

I have really enjoyed roasting these chilies and sharing them with friends here in North Carolina. I love the flavor of them and they have just the right amount of heat! I may even try hot next year! The extra cost on shipping is recommended so they arrive a little faster and are fresh on arrival!

Ordered 25 lbs Sandia (hot) with 2-day shipping to western New York state. Box arrived in great condition and only a couple chiles had bruising. I roasted them the following day and the amount was perfect for my house (2 people) for one year! So happy with our purchase. And as I grew up in NM, I was pleased with the amount of heat in these. Perfect for me, but a little spicy for my partner from Minnesota!

Ordered 25 lbs Big Jim (medium) with 2-day shipping to western New York state. Box arrived in great condition and only a couple chiles had bruising. I roasted them the following day and the amount was perfect for my house (2 people) for one year! So happy with our purchase. Heat is a little mild for me, having grown up in NM, but right on the edge for my partner from Minnesota! Perfect compromise.

Because the rest of the world finally discovered green chile about ten years ago, it's virtually impossible to find really hot chile anymore. The growers just keep making it milder and milder every year, and I don't blame them. They are expanding their client base. As they should. But the one chile you can still count on the pack a real punch is Hatch lumbre. It will make you break a sweat. I order it every year and can't imagine ever stopping. If you want milder chiles, well, they have those too. I recommend them highly. And the best thing is.... It just leaves more lumbres for me.

Love my annual Hatch chile order! I learned my lesson last year and this year I used rubber gloves when chopping up my nuclear treats! No more tears! I don’t roast them but use them a little at a time from the freezer to add that Hatch-tastic zip to my recipes. A little goes a long way and makes a stew or pozole sing. Thanks for being my New Mexico enchantment!

I have been purchasing Hatch Chili’s for years from this great company. My first shipment this year had some issues. Frankly, I think the biggest problem was a heat advisory for all the West Coast states during the shipment. I received an email indicating that I had received my chilies and if there was any issues please let them know. I sent an email telling them my issue and that I didn’t expect or want any Chili’s or any compensation. Saul in Customer service reply back to me the same day and told me that they were sending out five more pounds of chili for my inconvenience which I never asked for. This is why I purchase from this company they have great customer service which is very important In my mind. Thank you Saul

Every time I order Hatch Chili I know I'm getting a good product. The smell is out of this world. And when they're roasting, it only enhances the fragrance. If I roast them in the oven, it makes my entire house smell like nothing else. The X-hot are truly extra hot and they can be used in anything the imagination comes up with. My daughter made some potato salad and put the chilies in it. It had a kick, but the taste was perfect. Even though I live in Alabama now, it takes me home with this familiar smell and taste. :-)

My latest order of Chiles arrived in good shape. Great flavor and excellent heat (really light up my taste buds). I've been ordering them from you for 3-4 years now (started with a 5 lb shipment, then up it to a 10 lb order and finally went to a 25 lb order so I would have some chiles to eat beyond the first week....
I have 3-4 chilihead friends that I share them with and all tell me they are the best chilies they have ever eaten.
