Leaving New Mexico and Hatch Green Chili was a big loss but finding the Chili store and shipping abilities we now have frozen and canned green chili. The hot was hot and the medium was just right. Thanks

this is a tasty and bright chile. its not too hot for virgin palates, but hot enough to know you are getting the real thing. Great to add to a meat stew, or pinto beans. Really good in an omelette. One of my favorites.

These green chilies are my favorite. I love to make dishes with these and my guests are continually surprised at the flavor and quality. My order was processed, arrived as scheduled and was still frozen when received. Nothing like receiving roasted and peeled chilies. Quick and easy to use. I highly recommend ordering from here.

The chilis I received were acceptable for taste, however, the texture was too mushy. When I purchased chilis from you live, in Santa FE, NM, the chilis were roasted to perfection and maintained their shape and a firm texture for months when frozen. The chilis I purchased online were too soft and fell apart during meal preparation. Something you may want to work on.

I have been getting Hatch Green Chile for decades. Got Green Chile fresh when I lived in Albuquerque in the 1980s'. The local grocery store here in Oklahoma City gets Hatch Green Chile and does the roasting, but it's not like my roasting party, Albuquerque style.

Best Green Chile out there. I get it frozen and fresh. My freezer is full, but I still feel it's not enough. I put Green Chile on everything.
I am not done, y'all will hear from me again soon.
