The chiles are great. They arrived still frozen hard and in perfect shape. I made a pork chile stew and the flavor was outstanding. These chiles taste as good or better than when I have roasted fresh chiles. Get some: you won't be sorry. Yum!

I love this on popcorn, frozen pizza, in virtually every recipe, in hot chocolate, cocktails with pineapple juice, etc. Literally it imparts a fairly mild bite into everything, and a hint of green chile flavor. When i lived in the region i made my own by dehydrating chiles i roasted myself, but it is nice all the work is done for you here. I ordered some last year expecting it not to the same as home dehydrated powders, it is. And i am so glad to have found it.

Thank you so much, chiles are a staple in my cooking and i love having that hatch, and more specifically the big jim flavor at my fingertips all year long, and away from New Mexico. I miss the smell of home roasting, indeed, the smell of the entire state of new mexico during harvest time, but when the flavor is as close as my freezer, i am far less homesick, There is no review positive enough for your company.

Arrived in great shape, still frozen solid. Used one bag for green chili posole, gone in one setting 2 requests for recipe and where to get the peppers. Great success. Excellent taste.
Definite will reorder next year ( I have 20 lbs this year)

Hatch Green Chile is great, the product is frozen and ready to use at your convenience. Packaging is easy to just put in freezer (no breakdown) required. The value for the quantity is plentiful, we will reorder again and again.

My order arrived on Tuesday and on Wednesday, i made Mexican Lasagna and Chicken Chorizo/Vegetable soup. I will take both dishes to my eye doctors office. One of the staff members is planning a trip to NM in May...including Hatch and White Sands.
I used the pure green chili...medium.A nice bite and fair on the kick. Recipes from Southwest cookbooks.

I love Chile Rellenos. And yours are just excellent. I could eat them everyday. Love them with eggs, having them in burrito with avocado, or for dinner as the main course.

These were a gift to a long time friend, a native of Las Cruces, who now lives in Florida and has been gone from New Mexico for a long time. I have sent her your fresh chiles in the past, which she says reminds her so much of home. They are the "real thing", and only a native of New Mexico can tell.
These, the roasted and frozen ones from you, she says, are perfect. Better than she can roast herself.
She likes the whole chile, since she can make Rellenos, or anything else, since she will use Hatch chile in everything she makes. She's very happy, so I am as well. A perfect gift.

Well first of all you keep referring to me as Jason Valdivieso I am not Jason Valdivia so I am Gabriel Griego I placed an order for my cousin Jason and use my email so for now on refer to me as Gabriel because this is my email second of all as it took almost 5 months for us to get our chili I found that that that was just ridiculousIt did not make me very happy that my self and cousin waited that long to get our green chili I felt that we needed to be compensated in someway and your employee over the phone said that was impossible but needless to say the chili is great it’s good I just was not pleased with how long it took and the excuses that we kept getting on why it was being sent late

Just the right amount of heat for me. Used it to make the black bean and sweet potato chili. an interesting recipe for sweet potato fans. It had great flavor and even the most heat-sensitive family member liked it! Would love to put this sauce in corn bread!

These medium red Chile pods were the finest quality I have ever seen. They also produced the best tasting red Chile I have ever made! The peppers were perfectly dried without mold as some ristras I have seen develop. You must try these for your next batch of red Chile!

Having lived in New Mexico for several years I cant bring myself to buy any pistachios unless they are from the state. And these green chile pistachios are next level. I love them!

I decided to go with the medium heat and I love it! I can't over emphasize the freshness. It makes all others taste over processed. Papa's is so chunky you can eat it with a fork.
