We purchased the Posole kit in December and it was amazing! We used Abuela's medium red chile sauce and it was so good. It was the first time soaking the hominy overnight and boiling it ourselves vs. using canned hominy and it made all the difference! We will definitely be buying this again!

Hello Hatch folks-
I received the X-Hot Lumbre chilies and immediately made a pot of my green chile with 1 pound of Lumbre and 1 pound of Sandia. Outstanding! The Lumbre peppers have the extra pop that leaves you with a warmth on your tongue for about 30 minutes after eating it. Again, Outstanding!

I hope you will continue to have the roasted, peeled and chopped Lumbres. It would be great if they could be seeded (lots of seeds), but I'll tough it out. Thanks for adding them to your product line.

The individual bags are great & the quality is excellent. Very easy to use & just as promised. Probably due to my location (South Florida), there was no dry ice left & the bags were no longer frozen. But I put them all right into the freezer & they are just fine.

Thank you!
