Medium-Hot Roasted Hatch Green Chile – (Big Jim)
5/5 stars · Vivienne D · 2017-06-21 20:09:47 (source time; timezone unknown)

Big Jims are my absolute favorite as they are just the perfect heat for me and mine. They are also larger than most of the other brands and full of green chile. I grew up with these and am so blessed that they can now be shipped and the work is done for me. What a great company. I have ordered the red as well and will do so again because I use them for a ristra and then harvest for red chile to last me throughout the splinter. Thank you for your efficient processing, delivery and especially taste!

Yum…. It’s great that I don’t have to go out to get my rellenos. These are better than most I can get in my area. They heat up very well in a skillet with a little olive oil.

There is no chili in the world as good as hatch chili! We love the rellenos, just heat them in the air fryer and they come out crispy and yummy. This last order we had a shipping delay but you took care of it with no questions. When the replacement order arrived (in a 100 degree plus day) they were still frozen solid. We love them!!

I have not tried the freeze dried chile yet. These are going into my emergency supplies and I will have my Hatch chile fix even if we have a grid down situation. I will still buy the fresh Hatch chile each year to freeze and use through out the year. Now that I no longer live in New Mexico, I NEED to still have Hatch chiles to cook with.
