I am from Albuquerque and have had a very difficult time getting chili here, in Florida. This is the fastest and best company. Our chilis arrive fresh and I have learned how to roast them in the oven. The free shipping is what I feel is the greatest aspect of my orders. I expect to pay more than I did in Albuquerque but the shipping costs make it unaffordable. Thank you for helping us maintain our New Mexico traditions.

We LOVE green chilis and get them all the time so we always have it on hand. Unfortunately, these Big Jim’s Medium chilis we just got and roasted/peeled do not have any flavor at all… not even mild. First time we got some this bland. Sad :(

We moved to Key West from Albuquerque 5 years ago. We always had Hatch Chile in Albuquerque but after moving we missed it so much that we started ordering it for us to have and share in Key West. We have never had great success with our orders and it's the only chile I use in my cooking. We love roasting them here in Key West...that smell you get...reminds us of all our time in New Mexico. Thank you Hatch for a great product and customer support.

This green chili sauce tastes great. They way you make it has actual chili skin, some of it even very toasty looking. I dump the whole jar in the blender and puree it. The result is a fantastically tasting sauce. The skins and seeds are all blended in. We love it this way.

Outstanding quality, fresh upon arrival as advertised. Had a great time roasting, peeling, chopping and freezing. Even kept some whole, stuffed them with Jack cheese and froze them for chili relleno.

THis was the second 10 lbs I ordered as the first one just didn't seem enough. My order arrived as stated after my email and I was just as pleased as the first 10 lbs. Fresh with no spoilage. I roasted them and processed them for freezing. Now I have Hatch Chili for the rest of the year. Thanks Hatch Chile Company!

This years order of fresh Big Jim Red Medium Chile's have been delicious! They arrived fresh and firm just ready for roasting at home. It has now become a fall tradition to spend a leisurely afternoon roasting and bagging then freezing my chiles for use all during the rest of the year. Thank you for the wonderful chile's and customer service.

This is the first 10 lbs we sent to my wife's Father's family. They received the chilis in perfect condition and were extremely happy to receive Hatch Chiles. I am hoping to make this an annual delivery for them to enjoy. Thanks Hatch Green Chile Company!

Had trouble completing the order online so I called in. There was an issue with the web site so they called me back to complete my order. There were 4 parts to my order and, Understandably) it took a while for all of it to arrive. Everything was delivered in great shape. All the green chilies have been roasted or smoked and are ready for use. They tasted even better than they smelled.

Chile's were in good shape when they arrived via overnight shipping which cost more than the peppers. But the peppers had been picked for several days before they were shipped because the stems had already turned brown. I was under the assumption that the peppers were picked and shipped the same day.

Peppers were in good shape when they arrived. They were just not picked and shipped the same day which is what I thought was part of the deal when paying for overnight shipping.

I bought the small one for my husband and me. We absolutely love it. Roasted chili’s in the evening with a cocktail and north breeze. I’ve bragged about it so much, I need two for Christmas gifts. Please let me know when you have more in stock.
