A taste of home since I live in Tennessee fresh Hatch chili isn't just a small drive away, your business is the next best thing, was there for vacation but it was before chili came off, but I brought my youngest grandson to see where we grew up, he loved New Mexico and that made it worth it, thank you.

We recently moved to Tennessee from Arizona so I wasn’t sure we would ever have authentic Hatch chili enchiladas again. I order 5lbs on a Sunday and they arrived on Thursday in perfect condition! We cleaned, roasted and made a batch of enchiladas, delicious! We plan to do this every year to bring a little southwest to the southeast!

Have had occasion to order both the frozen and bulk x-hot green chile. Have been very well satisfied with the delivery and of course the most delicious chile I have tasted in a long time. Was born and raised in Santa Fe, now in California, and it brings back memories when Mamacita used to make it, the aroma, the taste. hmmmm gooood. Can't go wrong with Hatch.

Nice and meaty with a light heat to light for my taste for Chilling Rellenos but, then make extra hot Red chille sauce over a chilli Rellenos and it’s HEAVEN

Once again an excellent box-full of chilies. They arrived here in interior Alaska as if they were just picked. I only wish we had the huge chili roasters I remember from New Mexico. We had to settle for roasting on our grill under the northern lights.

We are getting too old and lazy to roast and peel so we decided to let you do the work. Far exceeded my expectations! Very well packed, frozen upon arrival, and delicious. Sweet, spicy, meaty goodness.

Just pull the stems off and slap them on a tortilla with a little cheese... wow!

Thank you for providing such a wonderful product. Pricey albeit, hassle free and well worth it.

Cheers

The chile arrived on time and looked (and smelled) great! Kudos for packing and shipping! However, we were disappointed that our medium-hot chile is not hot at all, I don’t think I could even call it medium. Fortunately, this year my local Winn Dixie got in a few boxes of green Chile (from your store) and I was able to buy a box of hot. I think things will work out ok.

Recipes?????? I wish you had more recipes on your site that used your sauces. Most of the posted recipes are for the whole chilis. The description for your sauces says "PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Enjoy this Hatch Chile Green Roast on everything from enchiladas to burritos to tacos. Made with just 5 fresh ingredients, Flame Roasted Hatch Green Chile, Garlic, Lime Juice, Water and Salt, it will bring a bit of the Hatch Valley to your table." but it does not indicate how to use it, e.g. mix or straight from the bottle. Your sauces are too expensive to waste on experimentation.

Best dried chiles ever. Cooking with them makes anyone a 5 star chef. (At least with me it does) I consider myself a small household chef. Been experimenting with food since I was 10. I am 70 now and am still amazed at the flavors that can be made with all the right ingredients. HATCH chile is on the top of my pepper list.
