I ordered this chile Medium Hot for a friend that moved to Oregon. He knows chile and says that the chile has no heat. could barely tell it was chile at all. He was very disappointed with the product. He hasn't had chile in over a year.
Thank You

Lo e the chili's, they were peeled pretty and required very little "cleanup". Made a great batch of stew with it last night. All my friends were very happy with the concoction!

I recently ordered some canned peppers in glass jars. When I received the boxes, all of the corners were mashed in like the box was handled roughly. I'm staring at the box wondering why it is not leaking pepper juice, I thought there had to be damage to at least 1 jar. When I opened the box, I saw the reason the jars were not damaged - they were individually packaged in custom made shipping containers. I made some chile verde and was very impressed with the peppers. So, between the quality of the shipping and the peppers, I immediately ordered some of their sauces, which I plan to try this weekend - Kent

Awesome! Have ordered from them for many years and this year may be the best ever? They quit dicing the chili and started doing more of a chop which provides for bigger pieces which is especially good for soups, stews, pozole, and burgers. This year's Big Jim are really a nice flavor and really meaty. Great experience as always. Thank you!

Not sure I would order the red again. I’m just more of a green chile person. In the past I’ve enjoyed having some late season green that’s turning red mixed in to cut some of the heat, but this years green harvest wasn’t that spicy.

Spent 20 yrs. in NM. Fell in love with chile. Moved to Maine. Ordered seeds from NM company. Couldn't get it to grow here. Found the Hatch store. I'm in love again. Took some diced up for eggs with the Boy Scouts. Fed it to the Scoutmaster who's name is Hatch. Now he's in love.

We add this to our tacos and alot of our bbq meats as well. The flavor is perfect and I will be a returning customer to get dried chiles next year. We like alot of good mexican sauces and when you have this powder you can add it to any sauce to get good flavor. I want to get the dried chiles next year as they would be good In making Chile Colorado sauce as well as homemade Chile sauces. Keep up the excellent work!!

I grew up in New Mexico and now live in South Carolina. One of the things I missed most was Hatch Green Chile. When I found this website, I thought it was too good to be true. Now, after buying for several years--and subscribing so I get a new shipment every couple of months--I could not be more pleased. My hot Sandias arrive frozen solid and I can make all my favorites--enchiladas, green chile stew, salsa. Great quality and excellent customer service every time!
