We have ordered several times. This was probably the best batch yet! We ordered the medium, and the pods are just so meaty and easy to peel. Rellenos coming up!

Very disappointed with the chilies and the breading on the rellenos. Breading was not what we expected, way too thick and heavy which covered up what little flavor the chilies had. Have a feeling the chilies were from last year as they started harvesting the new crop after our delivery.

After receiving such great tex-mex tamales in an earlier order, these were disappointing. Product was barely cool, when arrived in two days, and flavors were just not there. Not much filling. Not likely to re-order any of these.

High quality product makes the roasting process a breeze. Was able to grille our 25 pound chile box in about 15 minutes vs the 2 or 3 hours it use to take with a regular grill. It is expensive but well worth it. I considered purchasing a cheaper option from amazon but the reviews stated those cheaper roasters did not deliver a high heat flame and left a sooty residue. Not the case with this one, it's basically a table top flame thrower! I highly recommend this made in the USA product!

This is the first year ordering from Hatch Chile Store, was using a different store but I found the shipping here to be way more reasonable. The product has a great flavor as expected. I used standard shipping and had no problems getting a fresh product out to Tennessee. There were probably about 10 bad chiles out of the entire 25lb batch which has been my experience ordering them and using regular shipping over the years, this despite super high temperatures. I highly recommend it!

Being a NM native, I grew up with extra hot chile, as did my whole family. Now I have to give in to the milder family tastes. The chile I received has been roasted and ready to serve. Though not hot enough, it's still very tasty.
