My family and I are so pleased with the monthly deliveries, the medium is not hot but has a wonderful taste. Hot chile has some heat, both perfect for my family. A few times I made changes to my deliveries and The Hatch Store has been so accommodating with the changes. Will continue ordering each year.
Thank you from the state of Virginia.

Delicious. Terrific in tacos, Chile rellenos, on meatloaf and some anything’ I use them in.

When they arrived with my rellanos, the packing ice was completely melted and everything was HOT! For safety, I disposed of them both. I kept my roasted Hatch peppers and immediately put them in the freezer and have yet to try them. Poor method of shipping and dangerous. My late summer order of roasted red Hatch peppers was put on RUSH shipping. This order didn't offer this and should have.

Nice to have chilies that have already been roasted and skinned. Flavor was very good. Some of the chilies we have used had a little heat which added to overall enjoyment. Will purchase again.

These are so flavorful. I was a little skeptical because I thought they had very little filling inside but hey really had great flavor! After heating them in the microwave I put them on the comal on each side to crisp a bit ohh soo good!

Since moving to Florida fro Colorado, I have been unable to find anything that even resembles a Hatch green chili. I love that I can order my green chilies, prepared and ready to make a big pot of green chili. The flavor, packaging and the quality of the product is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to get their Hatch green chili fix on…

I appreciate your replacing the order that arrived defrosted and at room temperature. Both dry ice packs were spent but the food items were still frozen. The chimichangas are just the right "hotness" and easily heated for eating.

This was the best batch of green chili we have received yet. We can no longer get green chili at the store as we moved to Florida. So we have to import it. This batch was meaty and hot, very little skin. Again, Best Batch EVER!

I have been buying frozen green chile from your company for years, but this
is the first time for the mild kind. Am very happy with this milder version.
Also, my order was very well packed, and shipped to Florida, it arrived in
perfect shape. I am very satisfied with my frozen chiles and will order more.

We were sent Hot Chiles instead of mild, 10 lb...can't eat those hot chiles, and now we can't order chopped mild, that a bummer, may have to order else where, we are not a happy customer right now.

Very good. Arrived in great shape. 5-1 lb bags. If they could be split into half pound bags it would be better. Already used in a batch of green chili pork verde. Excellent.

Thanks so much--Hatch Chile, don't know why, has a unique flavor and aroma. I can always tell the difference between a regular old chile and an authentic Hatch Chile. Thank you for your superior product!

This blend is absolutely phenomenal! I put it on everything from my ground beef dishes, to steak, baked potato… I’ll try it on almost anything I make. My ground beef empanadas are next level with this blend. I accidentally put it in my cart and I’m glad. Fantastic product!

This was better than I expected. I'm usually disappointed with jarred sauces but this one was good. I've used it in my pozole, menudo and made mole with it.
