Excellent! My shipment arrived with no problems. The chili was fresh and only had a couple of sad ones. I immediately roasted the entire 25lbs and have been eating them daily. I am addicted! I grew up in New Mexico, close to Garfield, and nothing compares to Hatch Green Chili.

I ordered 5lbs of roasted and peeled chilies. When I received them the dry ice was gone and the chili was all thawed. I notified Hatch and was immediately sent a replacement shipment at no charge! What an amazing company to deal with! Kudos to HATCH.

I can't explain it but these chilies are friggin awesome. When we run out of our fresh batch it's a great way to offset the fresh picked chilies. The only thing I have not tried Hatch chilies on is more Hatch chilies. 🤣

The quality and especially taste of all the Chile products I get from the Hatch store keep me as a repeat customer! The roasted flavor and fresh taste when thawed are in my opinion one of the best next to fresh roasted chilies. They transport me back to NM and the flavors I’ve experienced there.

After a few unsuccessful attempts to get the bacon here we finally succeeded. Customer Service was absolutely the best to work with.
I smoked the Hatch Green Chile Bacon on the traeger. It took a little longer than other bacon but it was well worth the wait. I thought the spice was perfect but some seem to think it’s to “hot”. I will order again once the temperatures drop back down a bit.
Sorry I didn’t take pictures because I also smoked/baked some biscuits at the same time.

My parents were super excited to see the quality and the beautiful chiles. It made me happy. However, I'm sad to say I will not be ordering from you again after I put in an order first thing and was contacted that I would not get my order that was paid for well in advance. I understand things happen and I'm sorry the crops and workers were not what was anticipated. I wish you all the best!

These chilies were rather small and less meaty compared to others we can purchase in the area. Disappointed in that! Also, the weight of our 4 pound order was shorted by over half a pound!

On a positive note, your chilies were nice and spicy, just what we like. Alas, not very likely we will be reordering the fresh chilies from you guys any time soon
