Not impressed- I can get them cheaper from a store where we live - and yes they are your chilies- for cheaper- and we get a lot more for the price. Had to throw a lot of these away as they were rotten it. I will never make this mistake again.

I love Hatch chilis. Well really most chilis. I ordered a large batch (25lbs) which was promptly delivered within two days of shipping. Fresh, green, and
hot just as ordered. I spent 2+ days roasting and freezing them, to later be used in all those delicious recipes I’ll make this fall and winter. Namely Green Pozole. Which I only just learned from the website is known as “gringo pozole”. Can’t wait to make my first pot of deliciousness!!!!

Another great experience. Fresh batch with only 2 pods out of the 25 lbs that I had to discard. Chile is spicy and tasty. Best price, quality and shipping cost to New England. Always need to have my freezer stocked with green chile but don't make it back to NM so often anymore. HCG.com fills the gap just fine.

Received my order without a problem. However, due to the dry weather out in New Mexico, the chilis were a lot smaller than usual. We did receive a message that there was a growing situation due to weather but they were as delicious as usual. Will be ordering again next yr.

The reason I gave 3 stars is nothing on the flavor of the chilies, the service was great too, and I get the price. It's strictly that I ordered hot and got bell pepper

I was a little disappointed with the shipping/packaging portion. I paid what I thought was a significant amount for shipping and the box didn't have any ice packs to keep the product cool resulting in a loss of about a pound of chile due to excessive heat. I know you offer faster delivery at a higher rate but at that amount I don't find value in the product anymore. The chile themselves are wonderful. I just have to figure out a less expensive way to get them here in better condition! Thanks.

Got to say, buying them pre-roasted is the way to go, for me. So convenient. Plus so much better than my own attempts at grilling and peeling, they’re in good shape for stuffing or deep frying.

Ordered medium Chile, but it’s mild or has no taste so I’m very disappointed with the medium I bought. If you like NM green Chile with a little bang, the medium is not the answer; it is not medium it is less than mild. Just wasted my $$$.

I love this red chili sauce!
The chilis used are so flavorful and rich. I often poor some in a small dish and eat with chips. Delicious! Just the right heat, has a kick but not too hot too slow me down. 😄

Half of the fresh chilies were rotten. There was no way to keep them cool in the box. I will never order fresh ones again. In all fairness, I think it is too hot to ship to Southern Arizona, in July. I filled out a complaint but did not hear back from the Company.
