I was greatly surprised by the taste of this chile powder; Supremely Good! It was so nice to have that Hatch Chile taste again. I can't wait to get Hatch Chiles this year(already ordered). But this Seasoning has been a life saver. Try it you'll wonder why you haven't done it before.

Unfortunately Hatch Chili peppers are not something you find in New England. I ordered a 25lb big of chilis and they were were delivered in the heat of the summer all the way to Boston, MA. Everything arrived fine and I was extremely satisfied with my order. I'm hoping I can afford to order again before the season is done and as I prefer hotter peppers! Regardless, there's always next season! I can't wait already!

Wonderful came in fresh picked off the vine in a big box and everything was perfect ! We had to wait a day to get everything set up to roast them . I shared 8 pounds with my neighbors the whole neighborhood smelled excellent once both our bbqs were cranked up 😉 . Next year I will buy the pre roasted to try those and maybe a few jars in advance to get me through until next year

Used to live in Colorado, now new hampshire.your Chiles have been great, no matter which stati lived in. Have been ordering your Chiles for over 10 years. This was the first time I have spent the extra 10 dollars for better delivery dates. Will never do that again, it took longer than in the past. Never had a problem till this year. Thank for great Chiles.

2023: The Lumbre this year was fire!!! I ordered 2 25lb boxes. One was perfect, and the other had something spilled on it during shipping, so they sent me another 25lbs free of charge. Exceptional customer service! Out of the boxes I roasted there was only two peppers that I had to toss because of chile rot. That's better than any other shipment of chile I've ever recieved from anywhere in the last 15 years!!! Definitely my go to farm for hot hatch chile! Thank you to the folks at the farm, and chile pickers in the fields for growing such a high quality pepper and inspecting each one for quality before shipping it out to your customers! That goes a long way with me, and im going to continue my business with yall for years to come! Would give 10 stars if that was an option. Get you some!!😋

I’ve been dying to make Chile verde like I used to get from Efrains in Boulder Colorado. 10 lbs of the medium Hatch Chiles were perfect. 4 jalapeños and a pressure-cooked pork shoulder and it was nearly perfect. Roasting the Chiles on my grill made the neighborhood smell incredible! Will definitely order again for my next gathering of friends.

Great product. Only 1 or 2 bad ones out of a 25 pound box. I roasted myself with the weed burner on the grill, and they're perfect.
Peeled half and left half with skins.
Vaccum sealed....good to go.
As a FL transplant from CO, shipping was on point.

Waiting on the harvest for a box of reds that's on order.

These chilies came fresh and meaty! I roasted them in my Weber charcoal grill the next day. They are spicy, delicious and good for you. I roast about 50 pounds of these hot chilies a year. I bag them after sweating them- then I freeze the rest and use them all year. Delicious.

Wonderful! My chili arrived so fresh and pretty. They were a breeze to roast and I even stuffed a few of the largest. I've been using the mild ones in place of black pepper in all my casseroles and cooked foods for a little heat and a lot of flavor. I'm sold on fresh green chilies.

Arrived with every pepper intact! I have tried the Medium and Hot types but not yet the X-Hot type. The Hot type is indeed quite spicy but also very flavorful - and the Medium ones have just enough bite to be suitable to add to almost anything.
