Order was seriously short on weight. I received just over 20 pounds. I called support and was willing to pay for shipping to cover the shortage. The support person (I think his name was Robert) said they would ship me a small (4 pounds), and that was fine with me. I never received the peppers.

Made sure to coordinate shipping so that I would be here when the chiles arrived. Put them on my grill THAT NIGHT. Then froze them. Made all the difference getting them so fresh! It's not FALL without a fresh supply of Hatch Green Chiles!

I love the Hatch Chile Store and the fresh chile they provide. The box arrived on time with no spoilage. We roasted it that evening and enjoyed the wonderful taste of fresh green chile salsa! Love it! I purchased 3 more boxes and am set for the winter! Thank you, Hatch Chile Store!

I love it. My only complaint is not being able to choose if you want Big Jim or Charger. I got Big Jim and that is what I wanted, luckily! It's the perfect amount of heat, not too hot that it just feels like its burning your mouth and not too mild where it just feels like its mushy. Mild green chilé peppers just always feel mushy to me. 10 out of 10!

Awesome I look forward to eating the roasted peppers every year. I don't usually go to the store I order directly from hatch. I want my 25 pound box so I can roast them and eat them or make salsa. Or freeze them to put in soups later. Thank you! You guys are awesome

Being a repeat customer speaks volumes. Thank you for the share of how the production plant is run. Many people do not realize how a plant operates and how much quality control plays a role in the production process prior to shipping the product.

After reading the product reviews and after having eaten roasted hatch chiles elsewhere, I have been a little disappointed in what I ordered. First, it doesn't have much taste. Second, it is not particularly hot. I can get better products off the shelves at local stores.

Beautiful, colorful, fresh, and delicious!
I’m enjoying my Ristra even as a new addition for my decor.
Although I found that they are delicate as the peppers dry, and will drop seeds.
No problem, I now have my Ristra as not only my decor in my kitchen, but a nice place to gather the fallen seeds and some of the Chile’s as they fall onto my counter top. Most excellent!!
