I’ve been hooked on hatch chili ever since I was transferred to Albuquerque back in 1981.
I left in 1985 but crave the chili’s.
I’ve lived in the Seattle area now fir the past 25 years and can’t even find a restaurant that uses anything other than Anaheim or poblano. When I go to phoenix , where I grew up, I know a few restaurants that use hatch chili’s so I eat out constantly while I’m visiting family.
Our favorite dish is relleno’s but haven’t quite figured out making them right.

I love Hatch Chili. The Chili's are the best as far as I'm concerned. I live in Florida now. I moved here from Colorado. I was looking for Chili's to make green chili with. I asked if they had any green chilies and the showed me a jalapeño. I used to drive down to get my chilies. I'm so glad you ship chilies. I ordered enough to last me until next chili season. Thanks so much. I'll order next season. I recommended you to you to all my friends.

I’ve been getting green chile from this company for years. Having moved to the Southeast left me with only a grocery store canned version which has no flavor at all. I found these guys and had my chille fix ever since now if they would make pork green chili I would be really happy.

I love hatch green chili. Whenever I visit my family in northern New Mexico I always stop by on the way back and buy a sack and get it roasted. This is the first time I’ve ordered it on line. It was really easy to do. The chili is great! My family and I really enjoy it. I will continue to order it on line if I don’t make a trip up north. Thank you

I've been a long-time fan of Hatch Chile both fresh green and dried red. There are so many great things to make with chiles. They have such a great flavor and come as hot or mild as you like.

tasty; however, I prefer to have the peels left on the chile and once I thaw it to prepare it, it retains the roasting flavor that the skin imparts to the flesh. Miss that and wish you kept them on!

Small, just not a good year for the red. They were very different than what we had last year. Disappointed, but will make sure next year they are A TRUE BIG JIM.. tried roasting, and it was so small that when i roasted and skinned there was nothing left. Had to trash 10lbs of red chilis.

Perfect order of chopped green chile, very tasty in a way only Hatch green chile can be. The first bag went into a big pot of posole as soon as it arrived.
Any questions were answered promply and any concerns were resolved quickly by caring company staff.

The ones i received, (still waiting for my order months later) were delicious not very hot though. I just received the batch i was waiting for and it was perfect!!!!! Love everything about it, the hot and the flavor!

Package arrived promptly and the Chili's were in good condition.
I wish this batch had a little more heat to them, but their site does mention that the Scoville Scale is random based on the conditions.
Sad that the shipping season is so short as I need another 10lbs.

Last year a friend from Albuquerque sent us a lovely box of green chiles. We loved roasting them & eating them over the winter & spring. We saved one frozen packet to enjoy just before this year’s harvest. We lived in Kayenta, AZ for 5 wonderful years. There is nothing like a warm piece of Navajo dry bread, a nice piece of roast mutton topped with a delicious roasted Hatch Chile….. Heaven on earth!
