It's so dang good! I make enchiladas every Christmas Eve and always use this sauce. I always get compliments on it. Tastes homemade and all I did was open a jar. I also use it when I make tortilla soup.

Decided to try ordering online after missing the Hatch Chile window at our local grocery store earlier this fall. I was pleased in every way: the peppers were large and very fresh, the weight was exactly as ordered, the shipping was speedy, and the customer service was top notch when I needed to request a delivery address change. Impressive!

Ordering and the delivery of the medium green chilies were exceptional which warrants the 3 rating. However, the chilis were very mild with virtually no spice whatsoever.
Very disappointing and seemingly nonexistent in my favorite green chili recipes.

My family lives in the Pacific Northwest now. They love Hatch Green Chiles so for their birthdays this year it was an obvious choice to be able to send them gift cards. I would encourage you to change your email structure to provide a more festive and 'gifty' way to send the cards. As it is now, I had to forward the confirmation email you sent to me.

Thank you for asking for my opinion.

Definitely bias as Big Jim hatches are our family’s favorite. The Hatch Chile store grows and ships an excellent product fresh both green and red. Its great that we can rely on them to stock up for the winter. Keep up the great work.

I grew up in Playas, Silver City and Las Cruces and when I moved to the East coast 2 years ago, well, it’s just different when it comes to Chile and having the legit flavor and smell of home! I am so grateful y’all deliver in a fast and timely manner to be able to roast them! THE SMELL AND TASTE IF HOME!!! Thank you!!! Will absolutely be ordering again - bough a smaller chili toaster so it’ll be easier!

Roasting and peeling any Hatch chiles, red or green, is a labour of love. But, after plowing my way through 10 pounds of red chiles (medium heat), what remained once the peppers were bagged and tagged, were tingly fingers that smelled like a special place in heaven. Could have been a Hatch pepper field. Ahhhhhhh, so special. The lingering aroma alone makes the labour all worth it. Thank you, been shopping from you for years and have never been disappointed.

When I placed the order I was expecting dried red chili. Website started fresh red Chili with no indication it was fresh “wet” chili pods. I made over fifty calls to customer service with numerous messages and after a week I finally received a callback - poor customer service. In my opinion ad description should indicate “wet” or “dry” pods so that customer knows exactly what they’ll be receiving. I had to hang pods to dry. I believe this will be my last order with this company - getting too expensive although product is good. I’ll find another alternative.
