We threw about 3-4 loads, 12? at a time and grilled them in our xl green egg. We love them and think they are worth the work. We've been doing this for years. Just wish they were available year round. I do not like freezing them, but they are better than jar ones.

I’ve ordered these and tamales seversl times in the past. Just delicious and sometimes cut them in small servings for appetizer / party plates. Always really well received and a bit of surprise to sample excellent SW cuisine,( which is limited in OR.) The order was delivered EXACTLY when expected, & everything was still frozen due to still good amt of dry ice. THANKS AGAIN for excellent product and service! N Miller

If you don’t use Hatch, it’s not that true flavor. Being a native of the southwest, but moving to the east has left me without that great flavor you get when you have the best. Youve brought me back home. Thank you hatch! My family thanks you too!

Just like the fresh Green I got from the Hatch Chile Store earlier this year, the dried red exceeded my expectations. I steam the pods for 20 minutes and then purée them for about 15 minutes. (Add just enough water to make them puréeable) The result is a rich deep red chile sauce that tastes amazing. Freeze the sauce in 4oz. Cups and you will have great red sauce for the next few months.
Great products and excellent customer service at The Hatch Chile Store!
